The business is very poorly managed and we often were spending a considerable amount of time trying to corner the scheduler to confirm the day and time in which the cleaners would come out. The breaking point was this past weekend when their "phone line went down". Green My House NEVER confirmed our appointment, and as we were heading out the door their cleaners arrived! We had to send the cleaners away and felt bad that they made an unnecessary trip to our house, but this really shows the poor management and communication from the business. Even if their "phone line went down", I would think that they could use another means of communication to reach out to clients and discuss their schedules rather than just showing up randomly at people's homes? When I complained they offered me a window repair and free cleaning to make up for the first failed service. I have not heard back since I have tried to reschedule the service they offered. My friend lives alone and before Tania my friend's living situation was out of control. She barely manages to get around her house using alternately a wheelchair and a walker. Housekeeping is beyond her at this point.
