First time ever hiring a cleaning service because I'm 9 months pregnant and the house has gotten a little out of hand since I can't bend over anymore. I was nervous having someone here to clean because the place had become so dusty and grimy and it was embarrassing. Stephanie showed up early and came in and got started right away. She is friendly and personable and didn't make me feel judged at all for the condition of the place. She made my kitchen absolutely spotless. The whole house looks amazing. Her attention to detail is fantastic. I was skeptical about whether or not it would be worth it to hire a cleaning service as it is an expensive luxury and we aren't wealthy people by any means, but it was worth every penny...so much so that I already called and have them scheduled to come out every 4 weeks. I would do every 2 weeks if it wouldn't cut into my daily coffee shop habit. Definitely worth it to have one less stress on my mind with the baby on the way. It's gonna be amazing once the baby is here too, I'll be able to RELAX and someone else will clean the kitchen. Cause god knows my husband isn't gonna do it. Five stars Maid Complete, you guys are awesome. read more

Stephanie and Dee did an amazing job!!!! Let me tell you, my house was a challenge! I'm a pregnant mother about to deliver any day now and these wonderful ladies put me at ease. I was so embarrassed about how much I let my house just kind of fall apart the last couple months and they didn't make me feel bad or ashamed and made it all worth my decision to hire them. Not only that but i have an incredibly smelly teenager who's room was the worst, and they managed to make it smell fresh and new lol Thank you again ladies! Can't wait to use you two again for any other cleaning I may have. Worth every cent! read more

The WORST service and customer support ever. I haven't written a review in years but felt compelled to. I've had several house cleaners over the past few years but we remodeled a 3,000+ sq ft house and I needed a post remodel deep cleaning done. Maid Complete had great reviews and online it said they do post construction cleaning (I'm stupid and ignored the poor reviews) so I set up an appointment. First, the girl on the phone didn't know they did post construction cleaning (red flag) but I set up the service, she made a note in the appointment, charged me for a deep cleaning and I added on window cleaning as well for an additional fee. They sent ONE woman to the house. She was nice and punctual but she definitely had her work cut out for her. I was in and out the first few hours and then left and asked her to contact me so I could come back and lock the doors. I came back later that night and the house was NOT clean. Counters and back splashes weren't even wiped and most of the floors were not vacuumed/mopped (dust everywhere). Windows were still covered in dust. The house was completely empty without a single piece of furniture because we literally just finished a 5 month remodel the day before so I could clearly see what areas were cleaned and which were not. The woman who cleaned the house was very nice and I could tell she was trying but it was just too big of a house/job for one person. I contacted Maid Complete (who apparently has been bought several times) and is now owned by a service called Wype. Their customer support said they do not offer refunds but would issue a recleaning since I was unsatisfied. After several days of no response regarding the recleaning, they then replied to me and said I wouldn't get a recleaning and I apparently followed the cleaner around the house while she was cleaning and that my husband came at the end and approved the cleaning. None of which is true. Soooo TLDR: They're idiots who don't send sufficient staff to clean and they're assholes when the service sucks. They do not care about your satisfaction. Avoid at all costs. read more

The lady came to our house - first visit ever from this service- and said, literally, I can't clean your house, it's too dirty and left!!!! Couldn't believe it. I think my brain exploded a bit with that "logic" Turns out "Maid Complete " isn't really called that, or at least the phone number connects you to a company called "Wype" not maid complete. After this is was subjected to a volley of rude emails and the revelation that they had taken pictures from the inside of my house without permission!! If you do not value your personal privacy, this is the company for you read more

My husband hired cleaner from this place. So disappointed with the service! I wonder how they got a 5 stars???pictures attached then you judge if this is what you guys called clean! By the way, the women who arrived to clean were Ashley and Kathryn!Regret hired them! read more

We normally don't hire cleaning services except for a move-out clean, but I'm pregnant and can't even tie my shoes. Time to outsource... and I'm glad I did. Stephanie and David did such a great job that I can now focus on stuff for my baby and not worry about the million things around here that needed cleaning. We hired Maid Complete to come to our 2 BR/1 bath home. We paid extra for a deep cleaning, cleaning inside the oven, and a pet fee. Stephanie and David showed up and they were like miracle workers. In four hours, our house was transformed from total chaos to pristine. They know how to clean. They know to start from the top, with the fans, then the blinds, then the surfaces, then the floors. They even dusted the moldings on the doors, swept up the porch and cleaned cobwebs on their way out. My stovetop fan looks amazing. They took apart pieces I didn't even know were there. Not only did they do everything they describe on their webpage and not miss a beat, but they were really approachable, friendly, and easy to talk to. We chatted while I did my laundry and Stephanie cleaned the kitchen. It's little things like that, that make you want to hire people a second time. I've hired cleaning services before and never felt super comfortable with strangers in my house. This time, I ran out to do an errand. That says something. Five stars. read more

Had Maids Complete house cleaning service come to clean my house after all the construction had been completed due to a car crashing into my house. The construction company doesn't clean...lots of dust, grime and dirt everywhere. Big KUDOS and Shout out to Vladimir and Dee for an Outstanding Cleaning job!!! They both did an exceptional job on cleaning and provided great customer service. They are professional and thorough. So grateful to have trustworthy people in the house and hard working. Thank you. Highly Recommend!!! If you want a Clean House Ask for Vladimir and Dee. read more

Very user friendly website to schedule cleaning. I used them to clean a rental before I moved in. The person who showed up was professional and got to work immediately. The place was spotless when he was done and I was completely satisfied with the work and price. read more

Maid Complete is a company that I recommend to no one. They take your money even though they don't come to show up and clean. If I can give them no stars I would. read more

Michele and Stephanie were a great team! I booked the Move Out service and they did a beautiful job! Having young children, our home had sticky finger prints and dirty spots in areas I wasn't sure they would catch... But they got them all. When I tried to book online for a specific date, there wasn't any openings, so I emailed just to see if it was possible I could be squeezed in. I received a response within minutes and said they could open two slots for the day I was asking for! I was impressed with their service and would highly recommend. read more

Does not advertise that they're a different company now so none of their info gets sent to them, I put down my card number to request an appointment and apparently it was sent to the old company not to them and is supposed to be forwarded but did not happen, so it was shuffled where? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

Last week I hired them to come in and do a deep cleaning of our home as a gift for my wife's birthday. Vladimír and Christina showed up to my home at exactly the time they said they would be here. They were courteous and friendly, but went right to work. They did a great job and everything looks wonderful. I was very glad I paid a little extra for them to do the windows because they did a much better job than I ever would have done myself! The window sills, glass, and slide-tracks are all spotless and look like new. Their attention to detail is what sets them apart. My wife is very pleased and we plan on setting up a regularly scheduled cleaning in the future. read more

Stephanie did a great job. She took the time to get in the nooks and crannies and put in that extra elbow grease to clean up the grease. She was friendly and it didn't feel awkward when I was waiting for her to be done. I would definitely have her come again if we needed another professional cleaning. read more

Worked completed Feb. 2018: Very happy with the work the ladies did. I just told them to dust well and they did that and more! However, the price was a little too high -- we got charged for having a pet, when we have a mostly outdoor cat, and charged for a second bathroom when we have a tiny 1/2 bath, so overall the price was too high for me but I was very happy with the work completed. read more

This is my first time using a house cleaning service. I had a move-in cleaning last Thursday 7/19/18 with Nicole & Heidi as the lady's to clean and they were great. I also scheduled a move-out service for 7/26/18 with Rosanna and Christina and they were excellent. After they finished cleaning the house it was ready to show potential buyers. I will definitely use Maid Complete in the future. read more

I'm so surprised this place has good reviews, which was part of the reason I chose them. We had a terrible experience. After paying for a deep clean per square foot, the two workers came and said that they will only do what they can finish in 3 hours. We paid for a deep clean based on the square footage of the house. After they had been there an hour, chatting with each other in the kitchen (they barely finished half the kitchen in an hour) we asked them to leave. I don't understand how they are still in business. Needless to say we will dispute any charges and never use them again. UPDATE: a full refund was offered IF I took down this review. That may have worked for other negative reviews, but I will dispute the charges with my CC company and leave this up. Now I understand where the negative reviews went I'm sorry Brandon, your response is not accurate. We have had several cleaners this year, who were able to complete the work we paid for with no complaints.. your workers talked in the kitchen for an hour - never touched a bedroom or a bathroom. They stated they would leave in 3 hours. No, we do not want you to return as your business does not complete the work we paid for. We should not be threatened that we won't receive a refund unless we take down a review. Also, your response indicates you do not take customer feedback seriously, but rather the perspective of your workers (who said they deep cleaned several bedrooms, bathroom, and a kitchen in an hour - which, if it was true, would indicate they were not deep cleaning). And yes, of course we will spread the news if you don't refund us for work your company didnt do. Your company has poor business practices. Have a good day. read more

Steve was very thorough and took the time to make sure every corner was cleaned. The house has not been this clean since we moved in. He brought his own supplies and even took out the trash. I am impressed and will be sure to book again. The booking process was also very quick and easy. read more

Spending the last 2 months taking care of my mom and almost abandoning my cleaning duties. Michele and Stephanie came to the rescue. Michele is a " Work Horse". She cleaned our master bedroom/bath to a new level of sparkle. Stephanie, made our kitchen spotless. The inside of my oven door looks brand new. We have 2 pets, one sheds a fair amount. Our hardwood floors show their fur. Couldn't be happier how they look after being cleaned so well. Thumbs up to both of these gals. I look forward to their return in 2 wks. read more

Dee did an amazing job cleaning our house. We scheduled a deep cleaning without realizing that it can take up to 5 hours. On top of her efficiency, she was also very nice! read more

First time user, I needed deep clean for an upcoming party we were having. Maid Complete was accommodating and help me with scheduling the cleaning on Saturday, the morning of the party - I needed the help. I've been in and out of the hospital more times in the past five months than I can count and my apartment was a mess. After having a no-call, no show from Merry Maids (who were completely unapologetic and passive aggressive when I called them up), I figured I'd give these guys a shot. I mean, that's a lot of 5 star reviews! Fortunately those glowing reviews are totally true! Steve came in and did a great job. Very detailed, meticulous and conscientious worker. I was not able to get things cleaned up and moved around for him to work, but he took it in stride and went above and beyond my expectations. He actually managed to get stains out of my tub that I had pretty much given up on. I couldn't be happier and will definitely call them next time. read more

I was really impressed with my experience. The cleaner was polite and came at the designated time. My cleaner's name was Steve. Steve worked tirelessly without cutting any corners. Every object was moved for deeper cleaning. Steve showed an unbelievable amount of patience removing all the dog hair from our couch (a task that I thought was impossible). When he left, i felt like we couldn't pay him enough. We will always request Steve and use Maid Complete...because I honestly feel no improvement could have been made. read more

Like Robyn, I don't understand how these business had good reviews. I had the same experience - they know the square footage and we agreed on the price of the deep cleaning and then after an hour or so, they called to say we needed to add more money- $300-$600.00 more to finish the job!Of course we didn't agree but when we got to the house after they were gone, nothing was cleaned but the great room which is not even really, really clean -they pretended to clean the oven (which i already cleaned via automatic cleaning), they removed the racks which they didn't wipe the soot off! To our amazement, all the bedrooms were not touched- even vaccuumed, at least! We disputed the charge, of course and gave them a zero rating. I had a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks for years up until she couldn't anymore after surgery so my house was not really dirty. Yes, Robyn -how can this outfit still be in business!!! Maybe, we just got a bad subcontractor.....next time i'll choose a real company with real employees... read more

The two young men who cleaned my house did amazing! They were professional and very hard workers. I was super impressed

Great customer service. This was my first time getting a house cleaning, and I didn't know what to expect. They were extremely helpful when I called with a lot of questions. On my cleaning day, the maids were on time and very prompt to get started! They never took a break and even had to stay an extra 2 hours to get all my white counters and showers sparkling(at no extra charge for the overtime). So the price of the cleaning wasn't that bad at all. Two maids for 6 hours was a lot of time. Quick tip: clear ALL your counters, clutter, toys and laundry. They are there to scrub, dust, and polish. Not fold clothes, wash dishes, or organize. read more

I recently booked Maid Complete for a move-out cleaning. I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never hired cleaners before. I arranged for them to also do the inside windows, and the oven, along with the normal services. Dee and Vlad showed up right on time, and got right to work. When I returned 4 hours later, the house was sparkling. I couldn't believe how clean the oven was, I could never get it that clean! The bathrooms were spotless, and best of all, it helped me get my deposit back. Thanks for the great work! read more

Just had my home cleaned by Maid Complete, and I am beyond happy with the results. 2 ladies, unfortunately I did not get their names, showed up right on time at 9 am. They brought all the needed supplies with them. They were friendly and polite, and listened when I explained what I wanted done. I left them to it, and came back around 1:15, they were just wrapping up. Windows cleaned, doorknobs and switch plates cleaned, they dusted all ofour glassware in our bar area, blinds and shutters cleaned, and made our almost 60-year old shower look new again. Even my nit picky husband was impressed! Also, I love that you can book everything and pay online. Super easy and convenient. I will absolutely use them again! read more

I needed my home cleaned on very short notice and chose Maid Complete after reading positive reviews. I am thrilled with the results.  Steve showed up right on time and he was professional and polite. I have been a customer for awhile. I'll be honest, I have had a few not great but ok jobs done here and there. All different gals. But the last 2 services were done by Heidi.
