I could not be more thankful for Maid Brigade!! I have been working with them for about 6 months now, the biweekly cleaning. Right after the first cleaning I wanted to jump on here and give them a glowing review, I was so impressed, but then I was like no I should be patient, let me see how it goes. 6 months later... still glowing!! A few of my favorite things about Maid Brigade... They use natural products, and they have a really cool steamer gadget for the bathrooms... So my home isn't poisoned by toxic chemicals, and their employees aren't poisoned either. Win-win! Everyone at Maid Brigade has AWESOME positive energy. I am a big believer in being careful about what kind of energy you are bringing into your home, and everyone at Maid Brigade not only makes my home cleaner, their positive energy makes it sparkle! I have worked with Maid Brigade for a little over a year. I have bi-weekly cleanings as well as the occasional special cleaning after a large party. My home is a 2 bedroom, 990 sq Foot home. While there was some issues in the beginning, I was pleased with how they worked with me to resolve the issues quickly. When I fill out the comment cards, if I rate a portion anything but excellent I received a call within 24 hours to see what they need to do to fix the problem. Full disclosure, I have a specific team that I work with and that team's service is extraordinary. I have a note on my account that I refuse to work with any other team. That being said, I have gone on to recommend their services to my friend who now uses them bi-weekly as well. I recommend them...but take time to layout all your expectations in the beginning. They have a checklist they follow...if you don't say it, it may be overlooked. And if there are any issues, pick up the phone and call them and give them a chance to fix it. read more

My dad died last month. After the funeral, my mom decided to sell the rent house, and move to Dallas. This house is empty, but required a thorough cleaning before placing it on the market. Long story short, they charged my mom $600 to clean a 1,100 square foot house!!! My sister had to drive back to Milwaukee after the funeral. She, along with my cousin and her 2 grown children, had to clean what the Maid Brigade never touched. Please let everyone know that the Maid Brigade takes advantage of the elderly. read more

Terrible, will never use again! Way overpriced for the job that is done. My father in law had them come in and only needed a few things done. He was charged an outrageous amount for what was done. On top of that, the things that were done were not done well. Very dissapointing. I definitely feel he got taken advantage of. It's unfortunate! read more

I want to give Tammy Z. and Team 4 a shout out here on Yelp- I started with occasional cleanings and upped to bi-weekly service because of the excellent quality of Team 4's work. While there have been some miscommunications/issues when another team was sent and the lack of quality of that teams work, Tammy Z. in the office and the Owner herself were professional and responsive regarding the issue and so I am basing my review off of how: 1) consistently great my regular Team is (they are awesome) 2) when there has been an issue with the quality of another Teams work, the office comp-ed and handled it well. (great recoup on the customer service end of things) I trust that there will be no confusion going forward- and when I can afford a weekly service I will happily do so with Maid Brigaide and Team 4! The green cleaning aspect is excellent and I find the help that they provide invaluable when it comes to keeping a neat, tidy, beautiful home. read more

License to steal! I first used Maid Brigade for a move out service at a 1200 sq foot house. They did an excellent job and charged $250, which I felt was fair. However, my second experience was terrible. I was quoted $250-400 for a move out service at a 1200 sq foot condo. Upon questioning the range and my prior $250 charge, it was implied that only a filthy condo would result in a $400 charge. I have pictures of the condo before they began, and it was only in need of detailing. The final bill was $437, which they discounted $30 to make it CLOSE to the top of my quote but still over. I have yet to receive details about total hours spent at the unit or why the charge was so high. I estimate 4-6 hours of cleaning was needed making the latest job $65-$100 per hour. I suppose it's my mistake for allowing wide quote range and not picking up on the fact that they would not provide details about the cleaning. I will work with another company in the future. read more
