After multiple assurances over the last 2 months, I have yet to see a refund. Also payment is only accepted via Venmo or Zelle, so no option to dispute the charge. We had them go and clean the house we were renting, we hadn't moved in yet. They were the only ones we let in the house. There was a broken window and a print of a ball on the window. We contacted them. They turned it over to their insurance through yelp. You guessed it, their insurance didn't find liability for their client... who would have ever thought. Urban sent them a video and claimed it was after the cleaning. You can hear a kid talking in the background. Last time I checked, not professional to bring kids to clients house without asking ahead of time. So $1400 later, we had to replace the window and they told us that they were closing the file without further discussion. Hire them at your own risk, I warned you. There are a lot of cleaning companies, I would call a couple more to interview and let this one go to the non helper who doesn't do their research!
