We truly cannot thank our realtor, Mahmut Altun enough for everything he did for us. While we were still living in our home, he helped us purchase a new house and sell our current one--both within an incredibly short time frame of about three weeks. What could have been an extremely stressful and overwhelming process turned into a smooth and well-managed experience because of his guidance and dedication. He was there for us at every step. Whenever we needed him, he showed up without hesitation, showed the property multiple times, was always available, always answered his phone, and patiently walked us through every question and concern we had. During moments when we felt anxious--especially juggling buying and selling at the same time--his support and calm approach meant more to us than we can say. After a very negative experience with the realtor who helped us buy our first home, working with him felt like the complete opposite in the best way possible. We honestly don't know how common this level of care and professionalism is in the U.S., but for us, he is easily the best realtor we could have hoped for--and truly deserves to be recognized as one of the best out there. If you're looking for a realtor who genuinely looks out for your best interests--not just someone trying to close a deal, but someone who truly cares about helping you find your dream home--we recommend him without hesitation. read more

Mahmut recently helped me to buy a house in south bay. He has been amazing from day one. He asked my about my preferences, to the smallest detail. Was able to schedule showings during covid on a very tight schedule. Especially during a hot market, the good houses didn't stay on the market too long. We were usually the first or second ones seeing a house. That strategy helped us secure this beautiful house and eventually close it only after being on the market for a few days. Mahmut went above and beyond, making sure the whole process works flawlessly. end to end. He's working with a great team of other professionals. I bought and sold 3 houses in the last 20 years in SF Bay Area and working with Mahmut was clearly the best experience among them. read more
