Impressive lobby and attractive elevators. Not cheap to have an office here I'm sure. I was impressed. I came here because I've had a strange hump forming below my neck between the traps. I thought I was developing a hunchback but apparently it's just bad posture. WHAT?! BAD POSTURE?! ME????? Anyways, it's bad posture. He told me to focus of a variety of things in terms of how to stand and all but he also went into what to do at the gym. He knew the names of the machines, the exercises, proper form, and he knew the gym that I went to. They have an acupuncturist in this office too (Dr. Wong) and he works out at the 24 Sport on Orangewood. Dr. Bryan seemed like a really down to earth guy and actually took interest in what I had to say. He wasn't stone faced either like many doctors are. He listened to me and understood that I've been working out for a long time and that my worries were not caused by an office job, lazy lifestyle, or lack of understanding of how the body works. Compassionate and kind. I'm looking forward to returning (which is rare since I abhor doctors). He has FOUR different locations which he rotates between during the week. Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional…read more I initially called Dr. Giuliano because I had a question about a service, but he did not answer my call, so I never even got the opportunity to speak with him or actually inquire about the service. He eventually called me back about a week later, by which point I had already gone somewhere else and had the service done. When he called, I told him that I didn't remember why I had called because it had been about a week and I had already taken care of the matter elsewhere. Instead of simply explaining what the call was regarding, he responded in an incredibly rude and condescending tone, saying, "You don't even remember why you called?" I asked if he was calling regarding the service I had originally been trying to ask about, and he responded, "We don't even offer that here," in an unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful tone. Before I could even respond or finish speaking, he hung up on me. I understand that businesses don't offer every service, and that is completely fine. What is not acceptable is treating someone who is simply trying to communicate with you like they are an inconvenience. There are professional and respectful ways to handle a phone call, even if you cannot provide the service someone is looking for. The fact that this interaction came from someone running his own business makes it even more disappointing. If this is how potential customers are treated before they even have the opportunity to become clients, I would absolutely not feel comfortable giving this business my money or trusting them with my care. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

His first 2 treatments are good, but then he turns into this MANIPULATIVE SALESMAN and pushes his sales tactics on you - basically pushing chiropractic packages on you that require an upfront payment of up to $5,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE F*(#???? As soon as you stop going to him, you start getting DAILY TELEMARKETING PHONE CALLS from him or his receptionist, Renee. Good luck with your cell phone caller ID. Sometimes they call from different phone numbers so you don't always know that it's them that's calling to harass you. Anyway, all the aggressive phone calls eventually died down (I stopped answering my cell phone to avoid them...oh, they also try calling you at WORK and HOME, so don't give these numbers to them when you fill out their patient form). A few weeks after that, I started seeing a new healthcare practitioner, who didn't want to give me x-rays (excessive radiation exposure) so he asked me if I had any recent x-rays. Dr. Kam had my most recent x-rays, but I didn't want to call him because I KNEW he was going to go into some pushy salesman mode, so I asked my new doctor to call him and request the X-rays. DR. KAM REFUSED TO GIVE MY NEW DOCTOR MY X-RAYS!!! I am not joking. I didn't want to deal with his BS any longer, so I ended up getting NEW x-rays. By the way, it is ILLEGAL for him to DENY my new doctor's request for medical records. I've considered taking legal action against DR. I highly recommend visiting both of them, as Dr. Kam takes all forms of medical insurance and is easily accessible and flexible should you need to reschedule.
