Definitely gives off that vibe and total dive bar/tiki feel. When we finally was ready to go we were billed for 4 burgers instead of 3, since i had already paid it took like an act of congress to reverse the charge and do over. And absolutely travesty of an experience and should close down until they can get the most basic things right.
