R & R Lounge - Delicious! I have never said 'omg these fries'. So much before! - New American Near Me - Great Falls, Montana

The server I had Kim S, was so rude and absolutely not a team player, sitting there talking about how she will not pre-bus the tables for the next shift because she is almost off and will not receive any of the tips is just crazy and disgusting way of thinking, on top of not refilling my drink one time. I assume because she was almost off the clock. I have been going to this place since I was a child and have never encountered such ruthless behavior, I will return because I love the R&R and the food was still good but I will not be supporting her bad behavior. I rarely go out to eat so when I do I expect great service and I show appreciation accordingly and even a couple days later I am still shocked that this is the service I have came across. Pure disappointment. read more

My family and I came in to Great Falls from Missoula all of the known delicious breakfast restaurants had an hour wait so we came to R&R Lounge. Neither my wife nor I could eat our chicken fried steak. In fact we couldn't even cut through it with a steak knife. My Wife's toast was totally burnt and my mother in law found a giant hair in her eggs. Now, I know this isn't their fault, but I took my son to the bathroom and a guy had just taken a huge stinky poop and almost made me vomit. The cleanliness of the place, including the bathroom was an F-. The server was very good though. 0 out 5 stars. read more

Had breakfast there with my nephew, who is a frequent customer. It was a great breakfast, good portions and prices were appropriate. Service was great also even though it was busy. I m planning on returning. read more

Food was terrible and cold. I told server that I am allergic to margarine and my toast came with margarine on it. Sent toast back! Took over 20 minutes for server to bring my toast. Server claimed that there was no butter in the store. By that time eggs were cold. Hash Brown were a hard solid chunk of dark brown color. Totally not edible. Bacon was only thing edible. server asked if I wanted something else and I said I needed to speak with my husband. server immediately grabbed my plate and fresh toast and stormed off. we went elsewhere for breakfast where we ran into people from 3 different tables also having breakfast. read more

What happened?! I've eaten her since I was a kid. It's our go to place when we come to town. Took my 85 year old Mom today because we were so excited they were open again after Covid shutdown. We walked in on Cody Bill side, sign said seat yourself so we picked the only table that was away from others and as soon as we sat the waitress barked we can't sit there because it' blocked for distance Well, put a sign on it then! Then not even 20 minutes later, people sat next us. ‍ I only saw ONE employee with his nose covered (per Covid instructions, the most concentrated part of the virus comes out the nose) it was a cook that covered his face with a full wrap, as should be and he was so sweet. The other two males that went in and out of the kitchen had their masks on their chin Every servers nose was uncovered including ours and behind the bar. We go out to eat because we want to support the local businesses to keep them open. It was THE first time Mom had been out since March since 2020. The worst part was a 6-8 year old yelling Nana at our server. She ran rapid around the area. The server had to stop everything to put gloves on the grandchild so she could wipe the tables. We were still waiting on drink refills and another table wanted their check. Then we watched her spin and cough and play like on a playground for the next 30 minutes by the old salad bar. Others were complaining about the ruckus too. So much for a relaxing lunch. The food? Meh. My burger was dry, which used to epic. Don't think we'll go again. Sigh read more

Great breakfast, good service. We often order takeout for weekends and it's always ready in a timely manner.

My single visit to this restaurant left me worried for my health. It was dingy and dark. Service left a fair bit to be desired and the food was meh. Overall there are many better options in town. read more

This place has been around as long as I can remember! Great spot to go play some pool and have a nice cold beer. They have great food, even breakfast for the wee morning hours. The staff is great and gets to know you and what you like, great customer service! There is a casino on one end and some video games in the middle for the youngsters. Definitely hit this place up at least a few times a month! read more

Great place to have lunch. Food was great, service was awesome. Clubhouse was great, soup was hot and delicious. Coffee strong just the way I like my coffee. read more

Food is great. However, I have been sitting here eating my lunch and listening to the cook curse the entire time. Also ordered a lemonade and was brought a soda. Didn't complain and drank it, but when getting a refill it was brought by a guy who was not my server and was in sweats just here to pick up his paycheck... the server seems to be the only one here because it's 3 in the afternoon and slow but has someone who is off the clock deliver my drink? Going to tip good as I always do, but pretty disappointed in back of house and server having someone, who is off, do their work. read more

So I lived here for four years and Great falls is not known for there food. One day I was told that I have to try the steak here. I was reluctant because none of the steaks are that great here. Not even cattleman's cut or beef and bone but man was I wrong about this place. I now only come here for steak. Mike Barlow, the cook, orders, cuts, seasons and prepares the most succulent steak I have had in the last four years. I had only one question about his steak and he brought one of each of the types out and showed me. He wanted me to know what I was ordering. I ordered a 16 oz ribeye and what came out was not 16 but closer to 20 Or more if I had to guess. Then I had Samantha Kreutz as my waitress for now the second time and she was amazing again. She was intensive and was really to serve with a smile. This is just a warm and family friendly place. I hope all of you would try this place for a great experience. The owners should be proud. read more

Came for a quick breakfast, don't eat in bar, terribly inattentive bartender. Ordered biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and hash browns. Omg, it's so hard to mess that up but they did and spectacularly! Biscuits old, c!early kicked and gravy had clumps of cornstarch in it. Hash browns were soggy, set and gross smelling and how to you mess up scrambled eggs?!!! They did. Stay away from this dump. read more

Steak is covered in half a can of canned mushrooms, two pieces of old stale bacon sitting on top, mashed potatoes are old and you can tell by the looks. The gravy wasn't terrible. I bite into my steak and the bottom is burnt, thick. (I tasted it then flipped it to confirm the bad taste). All the toast was burned to hell and scraped, the cheese fries were old as fuck, soggy mess of shit, the salad was boring like a mormon orgy, the only thing that wasn't wrong was OJ and diner coffee (which you should already expect to be shit). probably gave me diarrhea. For a week. THANKS! I wont be back any time soon. read more

You're best luck for a late night snack is at Denny's. If you aren't a local you'll be little by the waitress staff here. There sarcasm is beyond level for a one timer to this location. Yes, Denny's service may run late but at least you won't hate your time while your in this place. And simply cause you can't leave a rating without a rating I have nothing better to do then leave a 1 read more

Our party of 4 had breakfast at the R&R lounge. Krista greeted us when we walked in, took our order right away, and brought our orders out fast and while the food was still hot! It has been a long time since anyone has given such friendly service!! read more

We were looking for a place to eat late, 10 or later, and R&R was the only place open. Our waitress, Michelle, was soooo friendly and took very good care of us! Our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. Usually I get nervous when my food arrives that early. There was no need to be because today is the day that I have had the best chicken fried steak I have ever tasted!!! It was thick, juicy and delicious! The breading was homemade and the spices were blended perfectly. The waitress even gave me a moist chocolate chip cookie that I shared with my little sister. I travel to Great Falls at least once per month and I will definitely be making this a regular stop!! read more

Great meals and great place to hangout with friends!! Their slogan, four great places in one is very relevant to the type of business they run. I've gone there for dinner and their steaks are AMAZING!!!! Night life is so fun at this business too! Billiards, casino, and cheap alcohol all make for a great night out! I've always had great service no matter what time of day and always freshly cooked meals. Go visit the R&R and enjoy yourself!! read more

Do not think you will win in the casino. You will NOT win in the casino. They also charge you for beers ($2.00) while the machines take your money. I gamble, and I have never won here... However, they are friendly while they do their job. Wish I owned the place. read more

The wifi here is BAE AF. The DJ here 2nite is superb. The service, like they cannot get enough of my style, but that is K and I'm totes used 2 it. The food is so #classic and everything on the menu is Paleo AF, which vibes with my lifestyle. Plus I hear 2Chains came here last summer and he loved it. Since he is literally my favorite rapper, that makes me like it here even more! #Blessed read more
