Fabulous school. Parent involvement is incredible. Mr. Hines, principal, has done an outstanding job creating an inspiring learning environment. Most teachers are good. One should go into another field like dog training or pet sitting instead of impacting learning by housing disruptive animals in the classroom.
If you are looking for a solid family supported neighborhood school within a district of poor administrators who don't invest in our kids - then this is your place. Magnolia tries to support as many programs as possible to keep kids involved in music, art and PE.
Lastly, on a bigger scale, if you are looking toward your child's future success in learning, choose another district completely. Suzette Lovely and her cronies whom she bought down from the corrupt San Juan Capistrano district are destroying our schools by hiring overpriced consultants that supply inaccurate information to the school board resulting in inappropriate appropriation of funds that DO NOT reduce class size, increase computer usage in the classroom or worse yet offer a GATE program that supports our advanced learners.
