Yelp will probably have a link to it somewhere near these words if you want to read it. But that was then, and this is now. Today we had them come again to clean windows, but not solar panels. I'm still delighted. The work was immaculate, the technician was polite and businesslike and tolerated our curious little dog. Since the last time Heavenly Views was here we had tinted film installed on our west-facing windows and glass doors, to soften the intensity (and UV) of the San Diego sun. I was a little worried that the presence of this tint film on the windows would be a problem or might get scratched. Nope. He cleaned the film just as easily as he cleaned the windows, and it's still as good as new. I'm not going to wait "a couple of years" before I hire them again. I need my windows to be this clean more often, and the price was quite affordable.

Roland is awesome!…read more My sister's pet had urinated on our couch, and as some of you may know, this type of stain and odor is such a challenge to remove. As usual, I referred to yelp and reached out to various cleaners from the area to compare estimates for upholstery cleaning. After speaking to 5 different companies, all with price points ranging from $80-$160 I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast Steam Cleaning. I specifically spoke with Roland and he gave me some details in regards to the cleaning process and type of equipment needed. He gave me an estimate for the cost of cleaning the couch and explained why it was that pricing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to give his company a try. I initially scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but later asked if there was any way he could come today. I didn't want the pet urine to settle into the cushion of the couch and wanted to get it done right away. Roland was extremely accommodating and came a couple of hours later. When he arrived he was professional and set up his equipment right away. Unfortunately due to where I live (2nd floor condominium) there was no access to a water supply for the cleaning. However, Roland made it a point to look for other water supplies and found one near the pool. Once everything was set up he immediately started working. Roland went above and beyond to get the job done. He was efficient, courteous, and attentive. I found my new "go to" for future cleaning and will be sure to refer this company to family and friends.

This…read moreis the second time someone has come to my door lying about doing business with one of my neighbors. Using said neighbors name to try and get you comfortable. They will speak to an unsuspecting neighbor and ask for their name in a conversation. Now you have a name to talk to another neighbor about the work you're not actually doing. I'm willing to bet that there will be no window washing at my neighbors house tomorrow as you said. When I've told your "sales people" I have a window cleaner, response both times "ARE THEY AS CUTE AS ME?" Seriously? No one talks like that to a stranger, weirdo. First time this happened I felt in my gut this isn't right. When this guy said that same thing I was really upset. This time I went and checked to see if he was still in the neighborhood, Mathew went to a neighbors house around the corner and I confronted him in front of her. I said I believe he is casing the neighborhood. What is your company name? Where is your business card? Where is your car? Show me where this Ashley's house is? He pointed in the wrong direction. He would not give me any info so I told him to give the info to my neighbor he was IMHO scoping her house out too. He was cool as a cucumber. If I were a door to door sales person, I'd have been mortified and would want to prove right away I'm legit. He didn't have much of anything, no shirt with logo, no flyers, clipboard, etc. no information, no business in the community. He was asked repeatedly to leave the neighborhood, neighbors were complaining. The HOA President came out and told him "Mathew I told you to leave, (people were calling her too)." During this time he tells me that the woman he spoke to earlier hired him to do her windows which was a lie. I spoke to her after he finally left and collected the business card to check this company out. I kept watch till he finally made his way to his car. I called the Sheriff and gave them his info. This business only has reviews from people with very few reviews. All 5 star except for the other one that also states similar experience as mine. Refine shine you need to clean up your door to door approach. You are making people uncomfortable. I believe you're casing houses. Took photo of Mathew's car and video coverage.

Originally purchased a groupon for 1.5 hours 2 people for $100. It was a while ago since our house was professionally deep-cleaned and we didn't realize it had been so dirty until after they left! First they were very on time. I was told they'd come at 1pm first but I asked for 1:30pm and the scheduling lady said ok but for some reason they still showed up at 1pm. It's OK we're still home anyway just haven't finished our lunch. Grace and her partner loaded their gear in 10 mins, then off they went to clean the bathrooms. After the small bathroom was done, grace moved on to the kitchen. Her partner did such a good job in my bathroom. She bleached the heck out of the 2 year old bathtub stain! And I really appreciated that she asked if she could use bleach first before she proceeded. She also wiped down everything including the baseboard and light fixtures, tidied up my toiletries and even straightened out the towels and the TP in a triangle like a hotel! Grace also did an amazing job with the other bathroom. She also cleaned every surface in the kitchen, inside the microwave, swept the floor even underneath the couch and the edge right below the area rug, mopped the floor and now it feels so nice on our bare feet..... Wow just amazing. This is really money well spent. We're thinking to have them come on a regular basis so we will enjoy our sanctuary more! Thank you for your detailed hard work!

MY FIRST REVIEW EVER ON YELP!…read more unprofessional, insulting, and rude Called them to come clean our white couch which was only six months old. Once he arrived he continuously repeated and reminded me of how dirty the couch was and that making it look perfect was mostly unlikely. Later on I learned that he was using this as a tactic to justify a poor job after completion perhaps; or another way to "up sale" which I wasn't aware of at a time! Now keep in mind that we live in a $3 million dollar exceptionally clean property with adult children and no pet on our furniture policy due to allergies. After payment he said that once the sectional dries, that he would be glad to come back and touch up any area that needed additional attention. 4 days later I text him asking him to come and touch up a few areas. He came out days after. Upon arriving: 1) He stated that there was a 48 hour rule for him to come back for free which was NEVER mentioned (it took 48 hours for couch/sectional to dry in order for me to see if needed a touch up!) 2) He said that he will charge me again for needing to touch up and to come back (never mentioned). As a matter of fact the way he separated himself from other companies initially was that they would come back in case touchups were needed once the upholstery had dried. 3) Told me that free touch ups include me needing to purchase a membership which was never brought up! 4) Once I reiterated what he had said originally and suggested that he provides some sort of reviewed agreement about the above terms as a "leave behind"with the customer for customer service purposes... 5) He began insulting me, telling me that I have "no common sense" and should learn how to run a business! I asked him to get out!!
