I had 5x7 magnets made with 3 high quality images and 40 of them cost around $80 during a sale, and they seem to always be marketed as having a sale. For the quality (and weight- they were heavy) I thought the price was fair and it was cheaper than on any other site. The prints came within 2 weeks and envelopes were included at no extra cost. I ordered Christmas cards from this site due to a time crunch and their advertisement of free & fast shipping. Unfortunately the order arrived 2 days late, after 5pm when the post time office closed (so I couldn't get them out until the next day). I had to purchase envelopes and address them so that when the cards finally did arrive, I could turn them around and mail them as quickly as possibles (there's 120 cards). When I called Truly Engaging, they were defensive and took no responsibility for the error of the vendor THEY CHOSE to use for shipment (FedEx), only offering me a $25 credit on a future order that I will not be using. read more

I ordered save the date magnets from Truly Engaging, as their magnets were by far the most affordable I could find. They are really nice! They do have a few minor imperfections, things that I highly doubt anyone would notice when they receive it in the mail, but I notice as I'm handling 100 of them and looking closely. For example the edges of some of the magnets aren't cut perfectly straight. There were marks (probably from printing) on many of the magnets, which I was able to easily wipe off before sending them out. Our return address was printed slightly crooked on about half of our envelopes, which was annoying since I paid extra for the address printing. Overall though, they do look very nice, and they were shipped quickly with really nice packaging. I was so happy to find affordable magnets and even with the slight imperfections, I'm happy I chose this company for this purchase! read more

I would not order from them again. They are inexpensive with coupon codes but the quality wasn't there. Our invitations were bent in the corners and some of them were dirty. They didn't ship it in a way that protected the invitations. Also we had to glue our own envelope liners. The website was not clear that the envelopes didn't come lined already. We also had a snafu with our proofs. They sent us the proofs and said it wouldn't go into production until we approved them. Well the first version was wrong and instead of sending us another version to approve they just made some changes and then sent them into production. We contacted them and they fixed the error but it was annoying that they would send it without us approving the second version. Another hassle is the sample and the final product aren't the same. For example, we paid for gold foil on our RSVP cards and the example had gold foil front and back but when we tried to do that in their design it kept not working. When we contacted them they said it only comes with gold foil on one side. Not worth it in my opinion and I wouldn't have paid extra for gold foil had that been clear. Short version: cheap, but too many errors and frustrations to make it worth it. read more

Magnet Street has many affordable options, as I ordered my wedding invitations online. They looked great. However, the website and program to edit was horrible. The website would not save our work, and would delete all the text. I had to redo the text 4 times before I was finally able to get my order submitted. I had the addresses printed on the envelope and submitted them after I purchased the invites. However, my order was not moving into production so I called and was told my order was on hold due to the addresses not being submitted. This was incorrect, and delayed my order. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience but the invites do look great for the price. read more

I contacted the company asking if I could send them back for a refund. They refused in every way possible. MagnetStreet prides it self on being 100% satisfaction guarantee but beware, it's only if THEY'RE satisfied. I was unhappy with my invitations. The font was super small and the proof did not match the actual print (color and portion wise). Why use their proof system, if your invite is not going to come out as shown? I was told that I would have to pay for a reprint because their quality management thought it looked fine. They don't care that the customer is unhappy with a product, because they think it's "acceptable" on their end. Not how a small business should run! Customer service needs to work on their communication too. I wasn't able to get help and called 3 times (was hung up on twice) and they don't respond to emails but when I actually got patched to a customer service rep, they saw my email in the system. read more

Worst experience ever! Beware! I'd give 0 stars if I could! I ordered Save the Dates, Invitations and enclosures for my destination wedding for a total of 3 orders. Save the dates came without issue. The envelope liners took 3 tries to get right. Customer service was unapologetic, did not follow through with providing shipping info, and on the 3rd attempt to get it right- without promised communication once again, made a joke of the whole situation. The invitations, rsvp cards and info cards all came with bent corners, and creases- None of which were from shopping because they did come in a box. Colors were slightly off from one item to the next and envelopes had ink transfer from printing the addresses. Magnet Street caused my invites to be sent to my guests late. And when I responded to the "joke email" if I received the cirrect item finally, I explained my disappointment and the outstanding problems with my items, only to never hear back again. I even stated I'd be leaving negative reviews! Clearly they don't care about their customers, just your money. And don't expect a replacement or refund or even an apology to be offered! Run like a runaway bride. This company is awful. It all started with sloppy envelopes for the save a dates. I should have known then that they didn't to quality work. Addresses were crooked and smeared. First set of. Rally envelopes trashed (and I paid for addressing)! Told me they had double envelopes. I ordered the extra envelopes and of course they didn't fit. Second set of envelopes and liners a waste and guess what I paid for those to be addressed too. Wouldn't have mattered anyway because ten percent of the addresses were printed crooked or smeared, again. Went to write thank you's and guess what the ordered envelopes didn't fit (paid for addressing again) and I had already written my thank you's (tried to be a good bride and get them out within 20 days!) took them 6 weeks to tell me that they would refund me 29 dollars. I loved everyone one of my vendors because they were amazing except this one. The only thing they could have messed up worse is printing the wrong grooms name. Save your heartache and go elsewhere because this company is in the same category as my smeared envelopes, trash. read more

Don't be fooled! The website is nice, the people were nice, but the quality of the print job is far FAR below the printing standard. Smudges all over my wedding invitations and bad quality "grainy" printing throughout. They tried to tell me the watercolor print I choose had the imperfections in the artwork... My invitations didn't look crisp, they look grainy and smudged but funny how NONE of the samples were grainy/smudged and had aligned. They didn't take initiative to help in a timely manner and sending them out was super devastating but even more so devastating when I heard back from several of my friends and family members that there's looked dirty/ smudged/ and the printing had ink spots throughout. They asked if I knew that, and when I said yes I knew my chest got tight and I experienced the ultimate sadness. They were not offering a expedited solution and I felt to helpless and in a time crunch. I took video and photos to show MagnetStreet of their faulty products and didn't receive any urgency in assistance, because no one could tell me how quickly they could reprint and send me the new products with out all the imperfections I settled and I so very much regret it, I absolutely would not trust your invitations or anything wedding oriented with MagnetStreet. They need major quality product control. I can't convey the sadness and disappointment I experience as I sat there putting together my MagnetStreet invitations with the formatting not being right/ the header like the examples shown don't turn out as the samples showed. MagnetStreet has terrible communication and quality control issues. My order got delayed by over a week and they didn't tell me that it would be delayed. I sent an email to their customer service, and they never responded! It wasn't until I called them (over a month later!) that they told me they switched magnet vendors around the holidays and there were quality control issues. They have a small staff of only 4 people and they said it would be impossible for them to contact every order about the production delay- so they didn't contact anyone! They also have a "satisfaction guarantee", but this doesn't apply to anything you've approved. Except everything on their website needs the customer to personally approve the order! They offer a guarantee but everything they sell is excluded. This is false advertising! Overall, I was very disappointed with my order. What I received for my save-the-date magnets were different from the samples I ordered. They claimed that since I approved it, I couldn't get a refund. The high res photos we included came out grainy and low quality. One bright photo we included of our sons was printed so darkly it made our whole holiday card look sad. We reached out to see if it was a printing issue... no response. So just be aware the printing quality may be far lower than those of your images. We ordered Christmas card magnets. They came weeks late and as a result our friends and family received them after Christmas. We literally had to call and email several times to even figure out where they were. This company is always closing early, and it takes them weeks to answer their emails. If they answer them at all. Once we got our cards they were poor quality. Really, really poor quality and dark. You can barely make out our faces in our cards. Of course it was too late for them to send us another corrected batch. Customer service blamed us for the poor quality stating that we should have picked another picture. Our professional taken pictures were bright and vibrant, they refused to give us any of our money back ( except for some measly $20 credit to their website for a future order). They were so rude and unhelpful. Save your money, your time, your sanity and buy from another company, this one was truly AWFUL. read more

I ordered my save the dates for here, and loved them. However, I'm currently trying to order my wedding invites, and the program is so slow. I know it's not my laptop because every other site is fine and runs at a speedy pace. But the program on the site won't load parts of the invites, and it keeps asking me to upload an image when the invite doesn't even call for one. Their 75% off deal is nice, but I've been on the loading screen for my invites for almost 30 minutes now. I will be looking at other sites like Zazzle for my wedding invites.
