I see there is a magna wine boutique right on front Street next to the Asterix coffee bar but when I look it up on yelp it says it's 22 minutes away. Is this a new second location?

We placed our drink order and waited...out came 2 glasses of wine, then the third and then the beer that was ordered. Also asked for lemon wedges for the water which came after the beer. Placed appetizers order of crab cakes and smash burger. Waited a bit and then placed order for two salads as part of our dinners. Salads came out before the appetizers. I must say the crab cakes were delicious (maybe not $26 delicious), the smash burger was ok, very greasy and fries were not very hot. My biggest disappointment was my entree, Parmesan Crusted Seabass which is one of my all time favorites that I order when I see it on the menu. The plate looked delicious but looks can be deceiving. The Seabass was more breaded than Parmesan crusted. Usually When I order this it is Seabass topped with shredded Parmesan cheese and baked, this was not that! Then the sauce that covered the spinach and potatoes and lobster pieces had red chili flakes added(which is not noted on the menu) which added "heat" to the dish that I was not expecting nor was I able to eat. For $55 I was very disappointed. No, I didn't mention this at the time as we were dining with family and I didn't want to disrupt the dinner by sending it back. Such a simple thing to note on the menu description! The short rib was the best entree of the table, nice portion and delicious sauce. The filet was tiny, maybe 4 oz. Definitely not anywhere near 8 in as stated on the menu and it was hard to find with all of the broccoli on the plate. We will be visiting family here again but definitely won't be back here. On another note, the music they were playing would be more suitable to a dance club than a venue such as this.

The food, for me, was nothing to write home about. The beet salad wasn't my fav but it was ok. The chicken I would not recommend because it had literally no flavor and the whole thing was covered in arugula why My boyfriend loved the burger though! And I thought the wine was good This place wins in terms of ambiance, it's really gorgeous and feels exclusive. I just wish the food matched that vibe. I'd come back for their brunch for sure in the summer, I hear they might have bottomless mimosas??

The larger the group, the cheaper your own total will be! Your Wine Cellar is hidden inside of Brew Kettle and Top Golf in Strongsville, nearby Walmart. Don't be fooled by the outdated Google Images of a place with its own sign - it no longer is labeled clearly. Meg was our host and director of our wine making adventure. She was great! We went through a dozen or so rounds of wine tastings to decide, as a group, what we will make. Each sample is $1 and I only tried a few, sticking mostly to the fruity ones. I liked the California Moscato the best of the whites. I only tried one red, the Diablo. The Diablo was the one we ended up making. The making process took about 10 minutes. We also were able to order food from the Brew Kettle. The food I ordered for lunch will be part of the review I wrote for Brew Kettle, which will be published soon after this one. Overall, I had a fun time with my friends, learning about what kinds of wines we like and don't like. In 8 weeks, we are coming back to bottle and label our wines! The entire process ended up being $20-25 a person.

I finally experienced this wine boutique during the Music Hop Festival. ASSORTMENT: The shop impresses with its extensive global collection of wines and spirits (over 500 wines). You'll find anything from the mundane Aperol to the trending Veuve Clicquot to the classic Dom Perignon. Beyond the wine, you'll discover interesting foods - wine spreads, locally acclaimed POP mustard, local Heights Mitchell's Chocolate, pasta, oils, and more. There is a rich gift assortment suitable for any occasion - erode soaps, bookish trays, adorable wine beanies, soap tubs, greeting cards, and beyond. You'll find really expensive and extremely reasonably priced wines co-existing in a single space. Wine connoisseurs might be impressed by "The Impossible Collection of Wine" for $1,400 that features the most exquisite vintages (with original labels) from around the world. Interestingly, some of the wine labels circa 1920s are as old as the neighborhood where this shop resides. BOUTIQUE: The boutique is in a historical Heights Rockefeller Building surrounded by local dining destinations. The boutique is charming - wooden detail, chandeliers, and strategic spotlights. The store display is always beautifully designed. The store contains a retail area, and a small bar with bar stools. During my visit there was wine tasting for $15 with options to try 3 pours. I tried Aperol (with prosecco). Seemed like a great value. There were also complimentary appetizers. A Glass of Vino (string trio) were playing right outside the shop. SERVICE: The owner and sommelier have extensive experience in the wine industry and provide wine consultation. They were reasonably friendly. I genuinely felt subtle imperious reactions. It's somewhat atypical for the city's culture but maybe that's just wine culture. Perhaps that would be different if I was a regular. Parking: Small parking lot is available behind the building. Street parking is available during busy times. Pour is an interesting concept in the city. It's the most sophistication and extensive collection of wine. It's a perfect destination if you visit the restaurants in the area or are shopping for a gift.

We called to find if there was availability and due to the weather there was a lighter crowd than normal. We drove down from the Cleveland Clinic at 5:15pm. Pulling into the parking lot the winery is in a residential area and grapevines surround the place. Nicely landscaped and designed facility. Inside the atmosphere is what you Would expect if visiting a winery. Smaller tables, wine racks, soft sofas, and a big bar. Really nice. We drink reds, so Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot were ordered as they rated high/the best in California's latest wine competition. Young wines (less than 3 years) but good. The Pinot Noir was outstanding. Dinners are shared (I learned that) so order with that in mind. We had 1/2 loaf of bread, Vineyard Salad (excellent house dressing) and it was crisp, and Spaghetti Bolognese. All was prepared and presented very well. I'd order again. General Mgr Pete was personable and a wealth of information. Sun his graciousness, he offered a quick tour (and as a home winemaker myself) this was a treat. The production area was clean, limited in space, and organized. A barrel room is always a treat to visit and MA's is climate and humidity controlled. And of course smells fantastic. A great visit! And a return trip is planned soon. Oh crud, visit the bakery! Delicious and a must for chocolate lovers. And non-chocolate lovers too.
