So I called and wanted to switch him to another day we were not previously scheduled. The owner would NOT accommodate him! She said: " no cancellation, no switch. If you want a different date, you need to pay $20 dollars for switch." She was also very, very rude. So I ended up losing $25. ( if you don't sign up for the whole team training which is $1000, you pay $25 per time. And you have to give the dates ahead of the time and pay the full amount at the beginning. If your child is sick, you lose $25 every time.) What is unfair is, these rules are not written on any forms nor on their website. Plus, there are times the Center had to cancel the class due to them hosting games. So the "no change" rule only applies to customers, not themselves! Another example is that I signed up my son for winter camp and paid money. Then they cancelled the camp because they could not get anybody else. These incidents show how inflexible and inconsiderate the owners of Machi Badminton Training Centrer are. They reflect really badly about this new center. So I suggest people please be very careful when joining this centre. Make sure you know the cancellation/refund policy before joining in.

Spectators can watch the game in the cold of the rink -- or -- in the warmth of the hallway (then you'd be positioned right behind the home team's net). Hockey is probably the main sport here. I'm sure the ice is used for other sports and recreational activities too. The center also features a swimming pool with a water slide, a childcare centre, and a baseball diamond outside. Ample parking is available to accomodate all the players, their families, and the spectators. When you drop your kid off before the game and have an hour to kill while he or she is getting dressed, there is a new mall with a bunch of stores and food places just on the other side of Leslie closer to Hw404 to help you kill that time with a sense of purpose. We ("we" == my son and his team LOL) usually play well here. So we like to come here.

The gym is divided into two levels, with a majority of the cardio machines on the lower level, and weights on the upper level. In comparison to a few Goodlife I work at, this location isn't my favourite. I've came a couple times already, and the front desk workers never greet or even look at you, the gym has an odor because it's not regularly cleaned like other locations I've been to. Also, the workers don't do their job of maintaining the paper towels as there were many times it was empty at a lot of stations, and they also don't try to clean up the weights/ placing them back. The vibes at this location just isn't it with the people who come; either they're very loud and drop the weights where the whole floor shakes, or you have people who hogs two machines. I saw a girl ask another girl to not change the weights or setup because she already "prepped it", but that girl wasn't even finished using her current machine yet. Overall, workers and the people who attend aren't the friendliest here, and if I ever get the chance, I would go to another location.

Whenever I enter and exit the facility, the staff by the door would always ensure to greet me which sometimes could really raise a persons mood. The staff are usually very helpful if I had any questions or needed help. Another plus would be that there are plenty of parking spaces around the plaza, so no matter how busy it is, you can still find a decent spot The facility overall is very clean and the machines are not completely old and worn out compared to other locations I've visited. On the weekdays, there is usually a cleaner every morning that comes to sweep and mop the gym. Cleanliness is an important factor in not only gyms but for everything, and this gym does a good job with it. I find that most of the machines don't have much problems because of how attentive the staff is. TIP: Mornings and evenings on weekdays are generally busier, so if you could, come during the afternoon. Saturday's overall is usually less busy compared to Sunday's as well.
