Jonathan G. completed the work, and he was absolutely exceptional. He arrived on time, reviewed the work order with me, and clearly explained what he would be doing. He was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Jonathan repaired the caulking and grout in our shower, bathroom floor, and around our double sinks, and the results are amazing. Everything looks like new! Once on-site, it became clear that not all of the quoted services were necessary, yet Sir Grout refused to adjust the price, insisting we were bound to the original agreement regardless. Most reputable companies would reassess the work order upon arrival and charge fairly for what was actually completed. We ended up paying for work we did not need. Disappointing experience, and I will not be using Sir Grout again or recommending them.
