I am sure they will say "well we didn't expect there to be stuff in the house for a move-out cleaning" I told them not to worry about stuff, just to clean (that means moping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, right? moving stuff like random stray toys out of the way to do that shouldn't take 9 hours). The job also had to be completed with a very short turnaround time. Within 12 hours, I had KIU staff at the apartment and they got right to work. Gina (the owner) gave me an estimate of the quote online and was very good with her communication. Since I was not available at the apartment, Gina kept updating me through text and email. She even took before and after pictures for my reference. Some of which I will post here later. The price was very reasonable and her staff did a fantastic job of cleaning.
