The shop owner Danny pointed out that the inner tread on both front tires were shot. Understanding that my tires are not normal stock, and that this had to be resolved quickly, Danny suggested a brand I had never heard of. After his explanation of why he trusts these tires and the fact that he could have them delivered by the next day and schedule them to be installed during by lunch break I was skeptical however agreed. All I can say is that he's true to his word! He called when they were on the way to the shop and had both front tires removed and new ones installed in about 20 minutes and I am extremely happy with the tires performance! Danny is the perfect example of a business owner that understands customer service....which unfortunately is lacking these days. I always bring my cell and a book just in case! They have one room that looks like it could be in a home: A living room with a large couch! So, you can relax and have your vehicle's repairs taken care of the same day. Today, though, McAllen is having their Christmas Parade and Pueblo Tires will be closing at 2:00p.m. They offer free coffee so that's a plus if you need your caffeine.
