HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE! I dropped off some shirts and pants there last week, and one of the shirts had a fresh stain. I came back to pick up my clothing to find that the shirt now had holes where the stains were. The manager tried to tell me that it was not his fault, and was my fault accusing me of letting the stain sit in the shirt for months. (The stain was three days old at the time I dropped it off.) I told him that this service was unacceptable, and I would like to be refunded for the value of the shirt, or at the very least have the $15 worth of clothing that was just dry cleaned refunded. The Manager then started to yell at me, that he should not have to cover the cost because it was my fault. How is it my fault that you put holes in my shirt, Sir? When he would not agree to refunding my money, he told me to take him to court! He then told me if I would not pay for my clothing, he would call the police. I demanded to speak with the owner, who was conveniently unreachable. I will never be using this shop again. To ruin someone's clothing and then suggest court as a solution is despicable. I would rather pay more and have my clothing treated safely than receive abysmal customer service and continuing insults. read more
