I had my windows cleaned today: windows, screens and tracks inside and out. Also my mirrored closet doors and removed all hard water stains from my atrium windows as well, which is no small feat. The stains were behind huge heavy potted plants. These guys came in and were done before I knew it. Everything is sparkling clean. These are hard working, skilled, honest and very nice people. It is so important to support our local businesses so I am really glad I found them. Highly recommend. read more

Fernando and team did a beautiful job on my carpet! Fast, so incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. My stairs look brand new! You can't beat the cost and the kindness. Thank you Fernando. Horrible! spoke to the owner. Gave him complete picture of what needed to be done in the house. Just had the house completely painted and carpeted so none of the needed to be cleaned. Spoke to him on the phone about cleaning the bathrooms, some of which are not even , the kitchen, one side of the garage door, sweeping the floors, etc. I asked him to solidify the range of pricing before I drove two hours to meet him. Upon getting to the house, he jacked up the price, or told me I could wait three hours for somebody else read more

I would like to give a big thank you to Fernando and his team. He and his crew were punctual, arriving when they said they would. Everyone began working immediately. Fernando, along with working, directed his crew. They did an excellent job. (Our house had to undergo a renovation due to flooding from a broken pipe.) Fernando and his crew cleaned walls, windows, screens, floors, bathrooms - everything. They also helped us moved some of our furniture back in. I strongly recommend Magic Pro Cleaning Solutions. read more

I Will never use Fernando again & have retracted my 5 star review . He has an uncle dying , a wife always ill, there is always something going on as he clearly over books himself. He is a class act flake, is always late & is not a man of his word. Also , my brother used him & when he broke a corniche on a client's fence, he said he would drop off the $150.00 to his house & never did. Once he moved an exercise bike , broke it & refused to take responsibility . NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Fernando and his team never let me down. They return calls promptly, show up on time and make everything sparkle. Having a cleaning service that adds carpet cleaning and window cleaning is definitely a plus and added convenience. This company is committed to excellence and it shows in all aspects of their work and their proven ability to keep their clients happy. There is a lot to say about a business that is family owned and operated and I say its GREAT & EASY BREEZY do business with MAGIC PRO! Highly recommended read more

Magic Pro is a great company. I needed a cleaning crew to come deep clean our condo, seeing as it had never been truly detailed. The owner, Fernando came to my home to give me a free estimate. I showed him all the problem areas that I wanted his team to focus on. They came to clean 2 days later and did a great job. I am very pleased with the results. Definitely better than I could have done myself. The team works quick and efficient. Fernando is trustworthy, and keeps great communication with his clients. He is easy to get a hold of, and responds to text messages quickly. He takes pride in what he does and really seems to care about the happiness of his clients. read more

. Been using him for a little over a year; cleaning our apartment, carpets and windows and he's very reasonable.

I had scheduled to have Magic Pro Cleaning Solutions come clean the house we were moving out of. The timing was important and they had promised to come give a quote and be there on the day we needed them to clean. When the time came, they were unresponsive and unreliable. Moving is stressful enough, but Magic Pro made is even worse. Thankfully I found another amazing cleaning company with integrity and reliability. Magic Pros need to work on becoming reliability pros. read more

After reading the positive Yelp reviews for Magic Pros, I called and was pleasantly surprised to have Fernando answer the phone and schedule a window cleaning appointment for two days from then. Fernando told me he would call me the day of the window cleaning between 9 and 11 to let me know they were en route. He called me as promised and arrived before 11:00. The crew of 3 did a quick and thorough cleaning of our windows, screens and tracks. They all look great! I will hire Fernando for window cleaning from now on along with trying some of the other services he offers. Anne G. Capistrano Beach read more

After 3 hrs. of texts putting me off by saying they were "late", I was told they couldn't come today AT ALL! (This appt. was scheduled 10 days ago.) This timing was very important to me so I will not be using Magic Pro again. read more

We needed to get an apartment cleaned upon move out on short notice. Fernando responded promptly, showed up on time and did an outstanding job of cleaning the property including the oven, garage and the carpet. I highly recommend this company. read more

Fernando was very prompt in showing up to give a bid for cleaning windows and carpets in our 2-story home. We decided to use Magic Pro for windows only. When we showed up as they were ready to leave, we were surprised to find water dripping from all windows. He assured us to leave them alone and they would dry beautiful. Well.....the next day I spoke to him as they had forgotten to clean off the window sills like he had promised (with de-greaser), and several of the windows dried all spotty and needed to be cleaned on the outside. Also, they did not clean all the screens especially in the master bedroom, and they forgot to clean windows or screens in 2 bathrooms. This home had been rented for 2 years and since they merely sprayed the outside, all the window frames or tracks were muddy. Fernando never showed up between 4 & 6 PM the next day, and never answered his phone when I called again. I called a 3rd time, and he said he would be over yesterday @ 9-9:30 AM - Never showed. So, that evening I had my husband call and just ask for a receipt and I GAVE UP ON HIM. I own 8 rentals in Dana Point and San Clemente and my property manager would have used him on properties if he had at least followed up and made things right - HE DID NOT AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I only wish I had gone room to room with him to check their work before they left that first day. read more

Fernando the owner showed up 1/2 hour late from scheduled time, I had actually called Pro Cleaners and Magic Pro Cleaning showed up. I was told they help each other out. Magic Pro Cleaning was using Pro Cleaning equipment, it broke down and I had to supply the tools to fix it, we are not at 12:00 and carpet is just starting to get clean, appointment for 10:00. It was a small condo with very heavy traffic area. Our carpet looks worse than every, it had a musty smell because it was so wet. The stain is very black where he cleaned and is now stretched out. I will have to get new carpet. He came back to tell me he would try and be there within a few days to fix the carpet. No date of when he will return or phone calls. . Took us for $200 worse carpet cleaning job ever. read more

I found magic pro crew on yelp, I was so desperate that I never thought I could find someone to clean my house in just two days, but Fernando arrived the very next day as he promised and really saved me, cuz we wanted to move in the day after. They are so fast, left no mess behind and did a great job, windows are clean and the carpet is even better and smells great ! I engaged Magic Pro to do a move-out clean of a house I had been renting. They cleaned the carpets, appliances, cabinets and everything else that needed attention so I could hand it back to the owner in proper shape. They did an excellent job, arriving on time and doing the work to an exceptionally good standard. They clearly want to establish a reputation for top-class work and service, and my experience of them is that they are succeeding. read more

Awesome service. Flexible, cost conscious and timely. Really goes above and beyond- they even offered to walk my dog!! Excellent work, will use again and tell family & friends. Very personable, sends updated pictures while work in progress.

I have been doing construction on our home, the dust was beyond normal levels. I tried to schedule a window cleaning and due to the holidays seven other Companies were booked up to Dec. Found Magic Pro with a referral from a neighbor, checked out the reviews and gave them a call. They slipped me into to a very busy schedule and they mentioned they are working over time due to the holidays, but not to worry they'd be there and get the job done. I found them to be professional, respectable and and very resonable. Having moved to that area four year's ago, I found house keeping and window washing rate's extremely high in south county, compared to rates I got in NPB. Thrilled to know they have house keeping will be trying that department out next week. Will let you know how that goes. Very happy with the window washing and put myself on a 90 day standing appointment! MT Spivey read more

SHOCKED by all the great reviews. I relied on the 5*s and viewed the company's slick website before contacting Fernando a month ago for a construction deep clean of my relatively small, 2 BR/2BA place. I warned him there was LOTS of remodel dust and new stone to be cleaned etc. He said he had experience with deep-cleans and would bring a team of 3 or 4, vacuums and special stone cleaners. We confirmed a time. Morning of appt, I confirmed with him again. He was running late by 30 minutes -- no problem. 30 minutes turned into 2 hours, and I had a memorial service to drive to that afternoon an hour away. He finally arrived with just 2 employees, 1 of whom was on her phone calling and texting constantly. Only 1 vacuum and later discovered Fernando used my dishsoap to clean the new travertine floors (I even had stone cleaner but he had said he'd bring his, and I didn't check until too late!) His other employee, also named Fernando, did a nice job (except when spraying Windex to clean good wood tables) and was the only one who really did much, especially when Manager Fernando took off for an hour in the middle of the cleaning! Manager said my place was so dusty so he needed to leave to get more cleaning materials! Not so - the other Fernando told me his boss left to give someone else a bid, and Manager Fernando eventually came back empty-handed. The crew did little of what they said they would, didn't clean drawers or windowsills at all, etc. I could go on and on. I expressed my disappointment in how poor the work was, and Manager Fernando "dropped" the price to $300. I just wanted his team out, and I had to leave for the memorial service, so I wrote the check. Then I drove 2.5 hours in rush hour traffic. I was completely disappointed and hired someone else to do what Magic Pro should have done. What a waste! read more

Did a great job cleaning my very dusty house for the first time today. Look forward to having Fernando back every two weeks! I was thrilled with how everything looked. read more

Fernando is awesome! We originally hired him to clean our carpets when we were moving out of a rental a few months back. He was wonderful. Very cost-effective and the carpets looked amazing -- even cleaner than when we moved in! He let us know that he also offered cleaning services. We called him when we moved into our new place and he now comes monthly. He and his crew are in and out in about an hour and a half and do a great job. Even though they are quick, the house is still spotless. He charged us about $20 more the first time he cleaned but lower now every time once he saw our property and knew how much cleaning it needed and how long it would take them. I highly recommend him. You feel very comfortable with him there even when you're not. He will walk you around the house once he's finished to make sure you're happy before he leaves. He will also throw in a little freebie every time he comes like cleaning the windows or spot-cleaning the stairs. read more

Fernando saved me! I was looking for a new housecleaning service before hosting my daughter's bridal shower...and, after other companies missed appointments, couldn't fit me in or cancelled, I found Magic Pro. Their team came on time and did a wonderful job. The price for a first time cleaning was fair. Fernando asked me what I was most concerned about, then they did a great general cleaning and focused more specifically on the areas I had noted. I intend to start using Magic Pro regularly. Of course, the test will be whether they keep up the great work over time! I'll post again in a couple of months. read more

I am usually not giving 5 stars simply because I don't think of coming to Yelp when things go well and more often come here when I am not happy with a job, but Fernando and his team are different. They went beyond expectations of a tough client like me. Very professional, punctual, courteous and more importantly did a great job of cleaning my windows. They are easy going, offer to go beyond and their price is very reasonable. They cleaned the windows of my 2 stories 2500 sqft house, as never anyone had cleaned before. My mom hired this company to come in after we had had a year of remodeling done in our house. Needless to say our house had become a complete wreck due to the amount of wear and tear and dust that amounted after the remodel. The amount of work that this company came in and did was amazing. They couldn't have been any more polite and hard working. I went to work one day and came back after an 8 hour shift and the house looked amazingly cleaner and way more put together. The amount of stress that my mother had with all the clutter that had accumulated was overwhelming and they helped her tremendously. They are very accommodating with the time schedule that my mom gives them and will be coming back to help my mom do more work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs deep cleaning and any help with cleaning around the house. Very efficient and couldn't be any nicer! Just to throw in, they also do windows and have their own carpet cleaning company. read more

Called Friday 4/17 and talked to Fernando. Set up a time for window cleaning on Monday 8:30am. Waited until 9 and no telephone call or anything. Finally text him to see why no one showing up then telephoned him. Was told that his crew got mixed up with the time. It seems that a first time customer should be treated well so they will be repeat customers. Canceled. Called a competitor and he worked me in and has even called to tell me the approximate time he will be here. Charles Bott read more
