This Stable has such a wonderful program for kids! My daughter has an amazing learning experience on how to care for a horse, before and after riding as well. It is the sweetest hour lesson of our week and we are so thankful we found this place! How therapeutic and amazing for my young horse lover! JJ is amazing with kids and an incredibly knowledgeable instructor (even I have learned so much from him through my daughter, even being an experienced rider). We love the tacking up and bath portion almost as much as the riding lesson! So thankful they're close to the city!!

Staff is friendly here and the lessons are good. Because it's in the city, it is more pricey and the space is quite small. I believe they are moving to a new location so I am looking forward to that but parking is extremely limited and classes can be crowded.

This horse Stable is conveniently located near downtown Houston area. It's about a 15-30 min drive from Bellaire or SugarLand. The horses there are absolutely great, very well trained. The instructors are great as well, gave detailed explanations and very encouraging. I had my first lesson today, learned about grooming, saddling, and riding a horse. This place is small but great for beginners like me. Would recommend giving a try, just be sure to call and text them to reserve spot beforehand. Also bring your own protection gear against COVID if you are concerned.

This riding facility has been a great place to ride and above all responsible in the care of their horses.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The horses are well trained and follow each other since they already know the trail, but they still respond to commands like go and stop, and you can steer them left or right if you want. That made us feel comfortable even as first-time riders. The only area I think could be improved is having a small practice area for brand-new riders to learn the basics before heading out on the trail. Other than that, everything was amazing. The ride was about an hour long and very enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a very delayed start, and all of the employees were showing signs of being overwhelmed, resulting in them being rude to paying customers. I overheard the younger male who's supposedly in charge talk to one of the girls that was helping him named Maddison telling her "you don't want to help okay f*ck you." She had to be no older than 14, but I minded my business I don't know their relationship. They barely touched on any rules before we started, and they had kids leading us on the trail. The kids that were leading didn't even have control of their own horses. There was a lot of water areas on the trail, and the horse that I was on called Romeo kept trying to avoid the water. I was told l'd have to try a little harder to steer him so l did, but he didn't listen a lot of the time. Almost like he isn't used to being ridden. Towards the end of the trail there was a large area of water and he ran through a small space between some trees that I could barely fit through. I was steering him away from the trees before I even got close, but the horse did it's own thing and I ended up falling off and stealing my legs against the trees. I decided I was done riding, and at the end I went to talk to one of the staff about my experience. He was very dismissive and basically said that it was my fault for not steering, even though he did not witness the situation. He didn't apologize, he was defensive and talked over me during my explanation. I didn't threaten to leave any bad reviews nor did I ask for any kind of refund. I was simply informing them so they'd be aware for future riders. Animals are not predictable and as people we know that. When I told him that I fell he said "well clearly you didn't steer." I have witnesses that were riding behind me that seen that I did what I was supposed to do. After we accepted the fact that they were just rude and bad business owners, I said forget it we're going to just call it a day and leave. The man "in charge" threatened to call the police on us if we didn't show him our receipts proving that we paid. They checked to see if everyone paid before we even started riding. He was just offended, and I honestly believe that he is scared of a lawsuit. Terrible experience and I feel bad for the young girls that have to help him run things there. They need some sort of investigation.

We had a…read morewonderful visit with two small kiddos (ages 5 & 8) and they loved every minute of their experience here. Our small group started with miniature pony brushing and then got to dress up their animals in various accessories. From there they got on smaller horses with a guide leading them and learned basic skills, like stopping (whoa) and had a lot of fun riding around the enclosed area circle. They even played a few games like red light green light. After that they learned to walk with the miniature ponies and even got to take them over a jump and through an obstacle course. We then finished the day with a little carriage ride with the owner, Paige. The highlight of their visit (they said later) was learning to clean out a horse stall. Who knew they loved cleaning so much! All of the guides were wonderful. The main gal that did the instructing was just so lovely and sweet to the kids explaining everything with patience. Definitely a must visit for anyone looking for this kind of experience in the area.
