It is convenient for people going to the lake or people staying at one of the many hotels close-by. What you notice immediately at this particular location is that there are advertisement signs everywhere. On the poles, on the pumps, on the doors, on the side of the building, in the restroom, in the aisles, it is overwhelming to say the least. I know the average 7-eleven has a lot of signs, but this place even exceeds the average! Other than that it is a very clean store and clean gasoline refueling area too. You don't feel like you are getting greasy pumping your gas.

I wouldn't doubt that the majority of people who come here are buying gas only. But, if all you…read moreever do is fill up your tank and leave, you're missing out on the treasure trove of junk food (that might be an oxymoron!) that can be found inside. They have more varieties of sweet and savory snacks that you could possibly want, and then some. It's always interesting to see familiar foods in obscure flavors that I never even knew existed. Our last trip here was actually for the sole purpose of getting pizza. Reward members can get discounted or even free pizza with enough points. They have premade slices available as well as made to order whole pizzas. We got an XL pepperoni, which we hadn't tried before, and I have to admit that I was surprised at how tasty it was. If I didn't know better I would have guessed that it came from a real pizzeria and not a gas station. Of all the reasons to go to Racetrac, who knew that pizza would end up at the top of the list alongside gassing up and bathroom breaks?!

I'm able to order my gas and my cigarettes. I said thank you ma'am. Have a good day. She turns around and walks off I mean seriously what's the point of hiring people like that they don't deserve to get paid your customers are more your employees than those girls. They obviously don't wanna be here. They're not making enough money. They don't like their jobs. Why do you have them? I mean, they're glorified mops or maybe it was just a cleaning crew and they were helping out your employees cause your employees didn't show up who knows I think I'm gonna start going to a different gas station and no point in coming to This One.

Terrible customer service and public humiliation…read more I visited Speedy K Mart to redeem two winning lottery tickets worth $35. I used $15 to buy more tickets and gave the cashier an additional $100 bill. When I politely clarified which scratcher tickets I wanted, the female employee suddenly walked away, accused me of having an "attitude," and refused to help me any further. Although the conversation was simple, the employee seemed very sensitive and unwilling to communicate clearly, which caused misunderstandings and resulted in extremely poor customer service. Then a male employee came over -- instead of trying to understand the situation, he immediately told me I had a "big ego," humiliating me in front of other customers. The woman told him not to refund me and insisted I had to take the tickets since they were already pulled. Thankfully, the man decided on his own to return my money -- but while doing so, he continued insulting me. As I left, the woman said, "Bro, don't come back again." Before walking out, I gave her a thumbs down and told her that her customer service was terrible. I was shocked, disrespected, and humiliated -- all for simply trying to buy lottery tickets and ask for my change. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If you expect even basic respect, avoid this place。

AIR PUMP IS OUT OF ORDER. WILL MAKE A LOW TIRE FLAT. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE…read more I came to this Exxon/Tiger Mart because it is close to home, and I had a low tire that needed air. I purchased drinks and asked for change inside the store since the air pump was quarters only. Once I paid for the air and started trying to fill up my tire I realized the pump had a leak in it and didn't fill my tire AT ALL. it actually let all the air out. My tire went from 24 PSI to 2 PSI. When I went in to let the manager know and ask if anyone in the store would happen to have a portable air pump, he told me that's a tough situation and admitted that he knew the pump had been leaking for a while. PUT UP A SIGN. I had to ask a complete stranger for a ride to buy an air pump because at that point I was stranded! This all could've been avoided with an OUT OF ORDER SIGN. I told him he should put one up as it is misleading and bad business, but when I finally was able to come back to my car over 30 minutes later, of course there is nothing there. Super shady and deceitful.
