I am pleased to make the short drive from downtown Adrian out to this business…read more The units that I am familiar with are well-maintained, and the unit that I have is climate-controlled, and IT WORKS!! I have many family memories stored there, and although I purchased and installed my own 2 x 4s to get the boxes off the floor, the situation remains entirely satisfactory for me. Also, think about this. And this is the most pleasant topic to discuss, but it deserves mention. I have had a unit there for 4 years. (Interior - climate-controlled as mentioned. With my self-designed addition to the unit's interior, there has NEVER been a rodent issue, as evidenced by a chewed cardboard box or droppings. This is rare. The staff is invaluable, and online payments make this aspect very easy. The rates are competitive with other businesses, and you get more value for your money when you come here. Last comment - they have Ryder truck rentals for your moving needs. I am happy to recommend this location without hesitation.

They took great care in moving our furniture, even navigating super heavy pieces through narrow spaces with finesse. Many boxes of delicate kitchenware were moved without any issues or breakage. They were happy to move stuff into the right rooms and position/set things up to make our lives easier. The move did end up take 1.5 hours longer than quoted, which was $$ more, but I think some of our furniture pieces were heavier than expected and we probably ended up with more boxes than expected.
