I didn't need assistance often but when I did the desk staff was very friendly. The move out process was easy and they give you a 4 day grace period if your move out coincides with your monthly renewal date, so you have a good amount of time should you need it before getting charged. They did accidentally charge me after I moved out but a quick phone call got me a nice apology and my money refunded ASAP. Not a huge problem. Prices were on par with other storage areas I've used as well. Units fill up quickly in the spring as students get storage units for their things for the summer so I'd recommend getting a space in the winter or fall just in case. Pretty good across the board!
