They did a good job in getting my pants cleaned. They not only do hotel businesses but also walk-in customers drop off. Service was quick. Drop off and same day pickup depending on time or pick up next day. I like how they take down customer information on the computer system. I've had the nice ladies at Westhills Alterations hem pants before, but I'm sure most tailors can at least fake their way through that basic task. But the day I picked up my expensive pair of jeans that I had them completely overhaul and they were a perfect fit was the day that my trust began in earnest. My lady has also used them to alter cocktail and casual dresses, and has been very happy with the results. Considering I am totally inept at sewing myself, their prices fit their work.
