I cut my teeth on the most superb drag shows and cabaret for the past 20 years. It's part of coming of age in the big city, right? I also worked for two years at NYC's Lucky Chengs, "Drag Queen Capital of the World." I know good drag when I see it! (And so does my mom. Guess who's addicted to Ru Paul's Drag Race?) Cirque du Gay's cabaret (I made a rhyme!) is made up of two guys...*only* two guys. I say this because until curtain call, I thought it was a cast of many (true, I have poor vision but that's besides the point). These performers certainly pulled the taffeta over *my* eyes. Most of the acts are that kind of bizarre-funny that either goes over heads or makes you laugh uncontrollably (guess what camp I fell into?) For example, they had this really floppy/foppy puppet that randomly peeked out over the backdrop throughout the show. Are you laughing now? Why not? See? In all seriousness, the numbers combine music, dance, lip synching, mime and comedy. The costumes were as garish and sometimes comical, as they were gorge and creative The performers are at the top of their game. I hope to catch one of their upcoming shows around town, soon. They deserve to be raking in the dough and live the life of full time performers, though ticket prices are ridiculously cheap. Bring yer momma! If she's like mine, she'll love it. Sure, it can get bawdy (hello, it's drag) but nothing hard core offensive.

I recently booked an inflatable obstacle course for our elementary school spring party. I was…read moretotally blown away by the wonderful service I received from my first phone call and throughout the entire process. During my first inquiry phone call I spoke to a knowledgeable local representative who made product recommendation's, addressed all of my questions and followed up with an estimate of my rental. Once the booking was confirmed I received correspondence confirming the date and time. The day of the event the 56 foot obstacle course was set up at the arrival time and they arrived at the scheduled pick up time. The team handled the entire set up and take down activities. Truly this rental made our party and all the kids loved the course. We will be using Coba Creations for future bookings! Thank you!!!
