I recently booked an inflatable obstacle course for our elementary school spring party. I was totally blown away by the wonderful service I received from my first phone call and throughout the entire process. During my first inquiry phone call I spoke to a knowledgeable local representative who made product recommendation's, addressed all of my questions and followed up with an estimate of my rental. Once the booking was confirmed I received correspondence confirming the date and time. The day of the event the 56 foot obstacle course was set up at the arrival time and they arrived at the scheduled pick up time. The team handled the entire set up and take down activities. TL;DR Version: Coba's Creations bought out Lee's Summit Slide Rentals. I should've paid attention to the bad reviews. Learn from my mistake and AVOID THIS COMPANY. I reached out to Coba's Creations as they bought out Lee's Summit Slide Rentals. I gave Jacoba (Owner) clear written and verbal instruction that I would like to rent a bounce house from 5/19 - 5/21. We had a phone conversation arranging the dates and I paid the invoice weeks in advance. The day prior of my daughters birthday they texted me to confirm the drop off and pick up date for 5/21, which is the day AFTER my daughters birthday party. I called her immediately and she answered the phone at 1:14pm saying she will fix this and call me back ASAP. I simply received an email riddled with typos at 11:25pm and a cancelled invoice notification the day before my daughter's birthday party. I now get to scramble to find activities in lieu of the slip n slide bounce house. I appreciate the inconvenience, Coba's Creations. Hopefully some one else reads this review and can avoid the scenario they put me though. read more
