However, the company was so quick to reach out and fix the problem! Turns out their driver had accidentally left the right stroller but with the wrong name. Phew! We were pleased with the quality and cleanliness of the stroller as well. They also included the directions and a little rain cover for the stroller, which was very handy for the rainy days we got at the parks. Overall, we were very pleased with our rental experience. The bed was delivered to the warehouse damaged so they reordered parts. Once those parts arrived we were contacted and told they were offering us free installation to make sure nothing else was damaged. Delivery and installation was scheduled for June 13. It arrived on time, they sent ONE guy to haul all the parts to the second floor of our house and install it. There were some damaged parts but only to the staircase of the bed. There's a cracked spindle on the railing going up the staircase, a chunk of wood cracked off of the bottom step which presents an issue with potential splinters, and the paint on the stairs looks like it's been rubbed off or areas were missed entirely. The delivery guy showed me the damage and had me write and sign a list of damages on the delivery form. He took pictures with his phone and I did as well and was told the delivery form with my signed notes would be given to the manager at the warehouse and I would be contacted about replacing the damaged parts. A couple of weeks go by and I didn't hear back. So I began calling and calls went unanswered during business hours. Messages were never returned. Finally got through one day in July and got an email address for the manager to be able to forward my pictures. Never heard back. So I began my calls to the warehouse again which went unanswered and messages never returned. Emailed again a month later, this is now August, no word back. More calls, more messages never returned. Another email in September this time expressing how appalled I am with the service I'm receiving and threatened a report to the BBB if no one gets back to me. Finally received a phone call where we discussed options. I was asked for part numbers for the stairs (why would I have those?!). I explain there are no part numbers on the bed and I'm not taking it apart myself to find out if there are stickers hidden underneath, besides, they should have all the part numbers. They offer to replace the whole bed with a different brand, which I said was absurd to replace a whole bed when only the stairs were damaged. I sent a link to another bunk we were considering, but it was from the same company so we'd risk dealing with the same shipping damage issues. I finally told them to just reorder the same bed and I would accept the stairs if they were not damaged and send the rest back. It is now May 2021 and we have been completely ghosted by this company. There was no further communication from them, obviously the bed was never ordered. Phone calls and messages go unanswered. At this point if I actually manage to get through to someone I don't think they'll be able to help me because the bed is two years old. Buyer beware! Run FAR away from this company!!

I figured what did I have to lose? We scheduled an appointment to complete the work within the week. His business is completely mobile which is an added plus. He arrived on time with tools and equipment. He estimated 2 1/2 hours to complete the job - it was completed in two hours and 15 minutes. I watched the entire process as he transformed dirty, damaged leather and brought it back to life. Absolutely fascinating melting leather, sanding, buffing, dying. It was like magic to say nothing of how charming, neat, professional, and courteous Ernesto is. it was the most delightful experience with a contractor that I have had in a very long time.
