Beyond that, I really appreciated the customer service. When we got the stroller, we got a quick and helpful showcase of how to use the strollers. Only took like 30 seconds but was very helpful for us! And finally, Stefon, who picked up our strollers was friendly, punctual - and going above and beyond - he ran back to me to give me back a small pair of sunglasses that I hadn't seen in the bottom of one of the strollers. You can use the website to reserve the stroller you'd like to rent and choose between picking up at the airport or for it to be delivered to your hotel. Because we wanted to accommodate possible delays, we opted to pick up at the airport, but schedule a return pickup at the resort. Both pickup and return were efficient and seamless. It took about 30 seconds to sign in and pick up my assigned stroller with our family name on it. When it was time to return, I met a rep with a box truck at the front of the resort and simply handed it over. They were so easy, convenient, and affordable. I rented for Monday morning through Thursday afternoon and it was about $96 in total. I did end up asking them to take it a day early and I don't think they ever gave me back that extra money but, it was probably so little. At any rate, the pick up and drop off was so easy. They tell you exactly where to meet your person and they are there, you just grab the stroller and go, or return it. So simple. They also send you emails with updates. The stroller we rented had a rain blanket, (just in case) inside of a bag underneath, it also had plenty of storage. It was very lightweight, and we could bring it on and off all of the transportation, buses, trams, we. Get a stroller. We got a double for our 5 year old and 3 year old. We rented it for Sunday, Monday, Tues, and Wed. They dropped it off in front of our airbnb Sunday morning before 7 am so we could get to Animal Kingdom before it opened at 7:30, and picked it up Thursday at allegedly 4 am. I wasn't awake to find out. Their phone people and email people are responsive. It came with a rain cover and small insulated cooler, perfect for snacks (we fit 2 pears, 2 apples, carrot sticks, celery, and 4 bananas each day). I love the cover over the seats. It covers the kids completely, and has two peep holes so they can see us. It's perfect for secluding away for a nap. There is a good amount of storage underneath, but its easier to get stuff in when the children aren't sitting in it. read more

I wanted to give a special shout out here on this review. Nelson went out of his way to make sure our reservation name at our hotel was right. The resort we stayed at Hilton Tuscany Village is known to refuse delivery, or claim then never received your rental. I traveled to Disney World with my family and rented a Bob stroller and full size crib. Even after all the extra effort from Nelson, the hotel staff, could not locate the items and claimed they were never delivered. Nelson sent the driver back to us the next morning to meet with us and the hotel staff. Once the provided the prof to the hotel staff that they were delivered the day before, they found them. The products themselves are too quality. This crib was packaged with new sheets and sealed for protection again germs. The stroller was in very new condition and works amazingly. Opted to pick up our stroller from the Orlando airport. Our flight arrived late but our stroller was clearly labeled and there waiting for us and all the accessories we asked for as well. We absolutely loved the City Mini GT Double stroller we rented from them for our Disney World vacation. It made our trip much more enjoyable and our 6 and 4 year old sons fit in it perfectly.
