Excellent Hands down, dealing with this company was the least stressful of my recent Walt Disney World trip. I found them via Walt Disney World's official website and felt comfortable using them because of this. There are many independent, off-site stroller companies in the Orlando area, but I would never take the chance of using one of them unless Disney sanctioned it. This company was only 1 of 3 on the official Walt Disney World site. I simply clicked on the company's link, picked the stroller I wanted, chose my dates of stay and which Walt Disney World hotel I was to stay at then paid via my credit card (directly on their site). I received an emailed receipt shortly after check out along with instructions of the time the stroller would be delivered (no later than 10am), where at the hotel it would be waiting for pick up (Bell Services) and how to pop the two main wheels on and off as it comes in a large black canvas bag with the two main wheels off (though this company was gracious enough to attache the wheels prior to me picking it up!). On the 2nd to last day of my trip, I received a concise, easy to understand text to my cell phone as to when and where to leave the stroller on my day of departure from the hotel (no later than 2pm local time and Bell Services). The stroller itself clearly showed signs of use, but it was perfectly clean, functional and the easiest stroller I've ever had to collapse and unfold for getting onto those crowded Disney Resort buses to and from the parks. I paid $79 for the pleasure and it beat lugging a regular sized stroller on and off of an airplane. It also gave me enormous peace of mind leaving the parks late knowing I could transport my sleeping 4.5 yr old, 40 lb daughter to and from the Disney buses and back to my hotel room because guess what, folks... You cannot take the Disney strollers you rent at the parks out of the parks! Trying to lug a sleeping 40lb child out of the main gate, all the way to the Disney Buses (or back to your car) then all the way up to your hotel room wherever it is deep on hotel grounds is a killer ... and utter nonsense! This company scored huge and I will recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone traveling to Disney World and needing a stroller for their children. A life saver for sure! read more

I give the highest recommendation to Magic Strollers. We booked our stroller from our Disney World hotel. The stroller arrived at the Bell Desk with an easy pick up. It was a really nice stroller in good condition with a Britax stroller organizer attachment. Drop off was also at the bell desk and incredibly easy! SO great and easy!!! We could not have done our Disney World whirl-wind without strollers but did not want to have to lug them around through airports, etc...We got a text confirmation when the strollers arrived at our Disney resort (around 6:30 am!) and they were waiting for us at the Bell Desk upon our check-in, 11:00 am. When we departed the resort, we left the strollers back at the Bell desk and we were done! The strollers were just as expected, clean and easy to use. After arriving at our hotel in Orlando, we went to the front counter to retrieve our stroller. The man at the counter told us that there was not one there for us even though we had received a confirmation that the stroller was dropped off at 7am. I called Magic Strollers and talked with John who attempted to contact the driver, but said he was unable and that he may be sleeping (at noon). Long story short, a new stroller was dropped off around 3pm so we didn't have a stroller the first day in the parks. We were offered to be reimbursed for renting a stroller at the parks or refunded for a day of our rental. It's been over a week since I contacted John about the one day reimbursement and yet no attempt to contact me has been made. We'll use someone else next time. read more

I didn't want to lug my giant stroller with me when on the plane so decided to check out Magic Strollers to rent one and it did not disappoint! Pick up was easy, as they deliver to your hotel bell desk and drop it off right before I departed on the Disney Magical Express back to the airport. Only downside was my daughter did not like sitting in the stroller for too long, but I think it was because it was so hot outside (95 degrees with humidity) but other than that, it was good, easy to fold and even had cup holders and storage. Just rented a Double GT Stroller from Magic Stroller and the experience was great. I've rented the exact same stroller from Kingdom Stroller and someone else I can't remember. Magic Stroller prices in the middle of the pack but the stroller I received was the best. Now how can it be the best if it was the same stroller ? First thing is that it seemed pretty new. Now I might have just been lucky to receive a stroller at the beginning of it's rental life span. Second is the accessories which was important to me. The stroller bag that can hold drinks and cell phones and a cell charger (Must for Disney) was very securely placed on the stroller. The logistics were perfect in comparison to the other stroller companies that had the bag but was not very functional. The other big plus was the rain cover. Other companies use a very plastic stinky glob of a cover whereas Magic Stroller was much softer and fit nicely over the stroller and didn't make me feel like I was trapping my children in a plastic dungeon. They text you when they drop off and text as a reminder when returning. All very convenient. read more

We rented a double stroller from December 1st to the 8th and were given a quality stroller with a large tag incased in plastic with our name and resort on the tag. This makes it so much easier to find the stroller after a ride or show at one of the crowded parks. The stroller was delivered at 7:00AM on the day we arrived and I received a text letting me know. The stroller was a mid range they offer three levels, it was clean appeared to be only lightly used and worked with out a problem. I simply left the stroller at the desk of our resort when we left and all was taken care of. I received a text a few days later as a follow up. Nice company to do business with. read more

Wow! What an awesome service!! My husband and I just returned home from our first Disney World and Universal Studios trip with a toddler in tow. Rather than check a stroller or lug it around the airport, I decided to rent a stroller, but after doing the research on renting a stroller from the parks, we realized it was way too pricey! Plus, you have to turn your stroller in at the end of the day....the walk from the gates to your bus stop is long enough, but imagine how much longer it would be carrying a sleeping toddler! I saw on the MouseSavers newsletter that there were several stroller rental companies, but only 3 of which are Disney certified. I chose Magic Strollers based on their reviews, and their convenience...the stroller was waiting for me when I arrived, and I only had to drop it off at luggage services at my resort. I couldn't be happier! I saved a nice chunk of change by renting from them versus the parks, ALWAYS had a stroller available to me no matter where I was, and to top it off, it was a VERY nice stroller! I was sad to turn it in at the end of our stay! My family was very impressed and I have already done so and will continue to recommend Magic Strollers to everyone! read more

Outstanding choice. We traveled with a 16 month-old and 3 year-old, and we could not have managed Magic Kingdom, Downtown Disney, or even our resort property without the stroller rental from Magic Stollers! The strollers were delivered on time to our resort's bell service. Strollers were clean and in perfect operating order. We appreciated that the stroller included a strapped-on cup holder as well. Returning the stroller was a breeze as well... We just dropped the stroller with our bell service. Text and email alerts were available to notify you of stroller availability. I would definitely recommend this company. If you have little ones, I would strongly advise AGAINST renting a stroller in the parks. There is so much walking outside of the parks themselves that you will kick yourself for not having a stroller everywhere you go. If we come back with little ones in the future, we will definitely remember to use Magic Strollers. read more

During my recent Walt Disney World visit, Magic Strollers truly put the magic in the Disney experience. From start to finish the experience was easy--from the online reservation through the return of the stroller. As for the stroller itself, it far exceeded my expectations. It was extremely comfortable for both of my daughters and easy to fold and unfold for all of the bus rides. The complimentary rain cover also came in very handy and did a great job. The convenience of claiming the stroller at my hotel and being able to return it so easily was great and the text message updates were appreciated. Perhaps above all, I think the value is phenomenal--for the quality of the stroller and the seamlessness of the entire experience, it was the one expense associated with my Disney trip that wasn't painful for me to swallow. Stroller was not at our hotel as expected. We communicated with Magic Stroller via text and then phone to let them know. They apologized for their mistake, delivered a stroller for the remaining days of our trip, and promised us a refund for the 1 day they did not provide a stroller. I have followed up with them a few times and after 4 weeks, they have not issued a refund. I would check out other stroller rentals instead of this one. Beware. read more

Had a great experience using Magic Strollers during our Disney World vacation. I placed an order for a stroller online and like "magic" it was delivered to our hotel's bell desk the morning of our arrival. The stroller was clean and in perfect shape. The day we checked out, we simply rolled the stroller back to the bell desk and headed to the airport. It could not have been easier! My experience with magic strollers this time was very bad. My stroller would not fold, which caused me to have to rent vans to and from the park, to be able to physically put the stroller in without folding. When I called and spoke with Jenna she was very rude and seemed bothered by my call. I finally received a replacement stroller 20 hrs later. I was supposed to receive a call from someone the following day, but never did. read more

Here's the TLDR version of my review: Renting from Magic Strollers was one of my best WDW vacation planning decisions. The customer service and ease of use/experience is right on par with how guests expect to be treated by Disney themselves. The service eliminated a big source of stress and hassle (packing and wrangling our stroller). We were really struggling to decide whether or not to pack our City Select double stroller and bring it to WDW. The WDW stroller rentals seemed expensive for the quality of stroller and inflexibility (can't leave the park!)---so that made us think we should bring ours. But then we were thinking about how we'd have to break it down and fold it for every bus we had to get on---the City Select is a great stroller, but when the second seat is in play, it becomes a nightmare---plus, we'd have to buy the rain covers (we are from So Cal, where a rain cover is not really needed). Then, of course, all of the wrangling the stroller in the airports to and from Orlando. Turns out that renting a City Mini double Magic Strollers was the perfect solution. It was so easy to just pick up and drop off the stroller at the bell desk, and communication from you company was great. The stroller itself was in great shape, fresh and clean, and the rain cover worked great. It also folded and transported very easily once folded. Plus, our girls got a kick out of sitting side by side with one another (we rented the city select double that fit bigger kids, since we have a 3 and 5 year old). I've used this company twice for visits to Disney World, and although there are dozens of stroller rentals in Orlando, some cheaper, I'll never use another. - The reservation system is easy as pie, and you can book with almost no notice - They text you when your stroller is delivered, and picking it up at the bell desk is simple. - I've rented both single and double strollers and the strollers themselves are fantastic, high-end models and come with drink and phone holders attached. We hadn't even made it to the gate of Magic Kingdom on day one before I had other moms stopping to ask where I had rented my stroller as they looked on with envy. - When you rent, you can choose to request a rain cover for free. This is a great extra made better by the awesome quality of the Baby Jogger covers. Our first day at Magic Kingdom it poured for hours, but our kids were well protected under the rain cover. Several parents stopped us to ask where we'd gotten our rain cover. - Drop off when you leave is probably the easiest part of the trip home. When our bellman came to collect the double stroller on our last trip, he said "Oh these guys are here every day." I have had an easy experience at both a Disney property and our off-property Hyatt. Wonderful! I made our stroller reservation on the website. They had great details on each stroller, as I was concerned about weight limit. The stroller was at our hotel waiting for us. Clean and in great condition! And the cost was very reasonable. We left our stroller at the hotel bell services at check out and that was that! Wow, well that was easy! We normally always bring our stroller with us on Disney vacations. To be honest, we never quite understood why anyone would rent a stroller instead of just bringing their own clean one from home. But on our most recent trip, we were doing things a bit differently - a short cruise with Disney followed by a few nights at Boardwalk Villas. I thought the price seemed reasonable to rent from Magic Strollers beginning when we arrived at the resort until we were ready to fly home. This saved us the hassle of flying with our stroller (and the long wait for it to be returned to us at the gate) and also the challenge of storing our stroller in our cruise cabin. I was really impressed with the easy process to reserve the rental stroller and receive it from the resort bell services desk. We are crazy about things being clean for our daughter - this rental stroller was immaculate! Easy to use, great instructions and a bag to return it in. They even text messaged me to confirm it was waiting for us before we arrived at the resort. While I have never tried any of the other services, I don't see why I would need to shop around - if I had a reason to rent a stroller again in Orlando, I would go with Magic Strollers in a heartbeat. read more
