One of the staff was rude and obnoxious.
After refitting my wheel, he was about to fit the wheel trim. I asked if he was going to check the torque of the bolts with a torque wrench. He rudely replied " I don't need one" I informed him I was a qualified mechanic & he did need to torque wrench to ensure the wheel did not come loose. Once again he bluntly responded, "I have worked here for a year and I have never used one, we don't even have one!"
If you use this Garage, please have a qualified person check if your wheels are loose.
See the Continental website below. it is advising that the wheels are not only torqued up when fitted but also after completing a little mileage.
