They said it could be done at 8am one morning while I wait and would be max 40 mins. Arrived at garage 0755. Was told they couldn't fit me in but they could send me to another garage to have MOT done only (couldn't fully check brakes). Was given some vague directions, not even able to pint it out on google maps. Went straight there. Seen quickly but due to delay in starting I left late which impacted on my day. Will now have to book second trip to different garage to get brakes looked at. If you value your time go elsewhere

Abysmal. Mobility customer with puncture…read more Turned up before 4 and told no appointments. Ok fair enough. Told to be on the doorstep at 8:30 next morning and I'll be done straight away. Asked if I could book in was told no, just turn up. Next day I turn up 2nd in queue and was told sorry all slots full till 2pm, how I ask and was told people were booked in despite him not allowing me a booking previous day. I come back at 2pm only to be told I'll have to wait an hour! FOR A BLOODY PUNCTURE REPAIR!!!!!! I could do it in 15 mins and I'm not an expert. I wander around the area and am annoyed to see my car still in the parking bay 45 mins later. Eventually around 3:20 I get to drive home. Poor service. For a fiver my local garage would do a puncture in 10 mins, never mind a day and a half!!!

I basically dropped my car off and arranged for them to call me when they had carried out the MOT. In my experience they never actively looked for work on MOT's. On one occasion the only job required was a replacement bulb. Highly recommended. If you want to wait they have a room with a TV and coffee machines.

This was the only place I could get in on a Saturday so decided to take a punt as I had heard bad things about kwik fit and there reputation of advising work which wasn't required. The price was a little higher than my usual garage but not much more. The MOT went smoothly and passed with no issues. The guys are very friendly and you can watch the service area from a comfy seating area. I would use them again if I really needed to but will be keeping loyal to my usual garage as much as possible.

They have also provided minor services since the major repairs. Although the repairs were expensive, I now have peace of mind & have received good customer service.

Constantly promised call backs on the progress of my car repair only to never be called and I would have to call Constantly for someone to eventually answer. Work I was advised would take a week ended up taking almost 3 weeks. Left me walking round Cheshire oaks with my baby for over 2 hours only for them to close without telling after earlier that day saying my car would be ready to collect that evening. Bolts not screwed in properly causing oil to leak on the turbo, battery not screwed in properly, sensor broken. All fixed after a reluctant visit back under warranty. I have now sold the car as I cannot trust the work done by this garage.
