Abysmal. Mobility customer with puncture.
Turned up before 4 and told no appointments. Ok fair enough. Told to be on the doorstep at 8:30 next morning and I'll be done straight away. Asked if I could book in was told no, just turn up.
Next day I turn up 2nd in queue and was told sorry all slots full till 2pm, how I ask and was told people were booked in despite him not allowing me a booking previous day.
I come back at 2pm only to be told I'll have to wait an hour! FOR A BLOODY PUNCTURE REPAIR!!!!!! I could do it in 15 mins and I'm not an expert. I wander around the area and am annoyed to see my car still in the parking bay 45 mins later. Eventually around 3:20 I get to drive home.
Poor service. For a fiver my local garage would do a puncture in 10 mins, never mind a day and a half!!! read more
