Three different people came up to us and asked us in a rude tone what we were doing and we kindly said that we were waiting for the bathroom because another employee was taking 20 minutes in the public bathroom. me and my friend were also of color and all of the employees were white and we believe this has something to do with them. they also yelled at us for walking into the changing room, when usually there is no one outside monitoring. Chris immediately understood, looked at our account and saw the issue we were trying to resolve. Chris took ownership of the issue. He spoke with Verizon support, had them make corrections. So we thought. For 2 more months Verisons bills showed no change, and for 2 more months, we went back to see Chris. Chris was not the problem, Verizon billing was. A BIG thank you to Chris for taking ownership of our issue and not getting frustrated with seeing us come back. Finally, Chris resolved our billing issue with the Verison mother ship.

I looked at a good amount of companies on both Yelp and Angie's List, and sent out requests for estimates to probably a dozen of them. Randy at Impel is the only one that came back with a fair estimate, and actually communicated with me throughout the process. Everyone else gave me a run-around trying to up-sell me inferior products, or have me agree to the install without a set estimate. I'm not a fan of games so I went with Impel. Randy was friendly and knowledgeable on the day of the installation. I used to install surveillance systems for a big-box retailer, and had a general idea of what to do, but Randy's knowledgeable greatly surpassed mine -- he knew exactly how to go about installing my system after a quick walk-through. I ended up learning a lot about how to properly install a surveillance system from him once everything was said and done. The price was extremely fair for the quality of work done; it was definitely within his estimate, and actually towards the cheaper side. I was extremely pleased with how the system came out, and will definitely be going back to Impel if I ever need any other help with setting up anything in my house.
