Our room was huge with high ceilings, vintage decor and the bathroom was also modern and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and the water taxi station is located 1 minute walk away, easily accessible to get back to train station. I would stay here again or their sister hotel.

All of the staff is very kind and genuine. Phillipo was so kind every single day and helped us figure out so much as far as bus times, things to see, as well as taking us to the local ski shop and helped translate for us and telling us the best things to see! Breakfast was delicious and had a large variety everyday. Rooms were large and cleanly as well as us having a working towel rack heater for this first time in our two week Italy trip! The balcony view was beautiful. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. The spa and massage service were so relaxing and well needed. The gym is very nice as well. They really made it feel like home here. I've traveled to many places and stayed at many hotels and this is by far the greatest experience I've ever had!

Okay... So, upon driving into the lot we were a bit concerned with our choice. It turned out to be…read morefine, but nothing spectacular. In fact, the place actually looked like it hadn't been updated in many many years. You could tell by the entrance and inside that it was once "the place" to go for the terme and a relaxing day and stay. Our room was clean and the view from the balcony was gorgeous as long as you didn't look down. We had a direct panoramic of the Eugeane Hills, but bellow was the carport covered parking for 50 or so cars. The pools were nice, but in need of repair. We kept stepping on small loose tiles in the pool and you would see small stacks of tiles poolside where patrions had picked them up with their toes or swam under to retrieve them. There was an outside bar with food where we actually enjoyed a chicken and vegitable lunch that was good. The breakfast bar was top notch and a carb lovers dream. My only complaint here would be that the eggs seemed powdered instead of fresh. On the day that we were set to leave we inquired about staying in the pools after we checked out. -That will be 10euro per person for the day plus extra for our towels and robes which we were already wearing. So, not new robes and towels. Just on principle alone we felt this wasn't worth the extra time beyond 11am. All in all it was fine, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again.
