The vibe is very relaxed and glamorous. All of the stylist and the receptionist are so kind. It's high-end, I would say. They use products like verb and matrix. Back to my experience- I met Jen and she became my stylist. She does wonderful cuts and the color job she did to restore my natural color is still looking amazing after almost two years! She gave my hair life and dimension. I don't need much maintenance now but she is my go to for haircuts! She is very sweet and knows what she's doing! I will have to take a look at the price list to see if there is a running scale on the prices advertised. I questioned the price and the stylist was polite in explaining how everything is calculated. I probably won't be back because I can't afford $75 blowouts every week. I like to have my hair blown out every week so I look for more aggressive pricing.
