I found Maggie on Groupon and bought the Charitan treatment. Scheduling of the appointment was very fast and easy. I called her and told her the dates that I was available and to my good luck she had an opening for me to come. I also use the promo code when I purchased my Groupon so the deal was unbelievable. I did arrive to the salon a little late but she had no problems accommodating me which is an awesome quality and any dresser. She was very efficient and fast. She welcomed me right away and took me straight to the wash station where she washed my hair and put on the product for a few minutes. She then dried and straightened my hair. She did keep a conversation with me and was very personable. Parking was available in the back of the salon which makes life very easy. Street metered parking was also available. She offered me a great deal on my way out for my next keratin treatment so I will for sure be back. read more

I wanted to change my hair color but wasn't sure which color I should go for. Eventually, I decided to be blonde. Thank you Debbie for your amazing job. She is hard worker and so patient. She took her time doing my hair trying to change my black hair to blonde color. The most important thing is my hair wasn't damaged at all. Still look shiny and healthy !!! Really recommend read more

This review is based on the keratin treatment I got exactly 3 MONTHS AGO! I got my treatment done by Debbie. First of all, she is amazing! She accommodated me at the end of the day to work with my schedule. Got me in and out as soon as she could. Now, talk about the hair, I have curly hair.... I was a little hesitant about it bc I love my curls and I didn't want "straight" hair. Since I knew it wasn't permanent I decided to give it a try and OH MY GOD!!!! Best decision I've ever made (hair-wise). My curls loosen a little bit, no freeze, and my hair is softer than ever. Now it's about time to do the keratin treatment again and my hair looks amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had tried EVERY product there is out there to control freeze and have perfect curls... tried every Pinterest trick and nothing rally worked. Definitely recommend seeing Debbie!!! read more

I generally don't like to write negative reviews, so I will start with the positive aspects of this salon. The owner Jack is extremely kind, and friendly. They have free valet parking in the back as well, which is great! Everyone who works there was very nice. The service I received was a keratin blowout, which I purchased through Groupon. I've had several keratin treatments (at other salons) in the past, and they typically take several hours, but I leave with sleek, smooth, sexy hair that lasts for several months. My experience this time was not the same. First of all, they did not see me until 55 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. There was a lack of urgency as they took care of other people in the chair before me. I wouldn't have minded waiting but I have had childcare that day so it was a bit frustrating. As Jack took care of my hair, I still felt he was distracted working with other clients, but they assured me he was the best in the business. The whole process took an hour to do -- about three times less than the normal time it takes to do a Brazilian blowout or keratin treatment on my hair. Afterward my hair looked nice, but not super phenomenal. I waited 5 days before washing it again, and when I dried it that first time it looked no different than before. Frizzy, kinky, not sleek and straight. (And yes, I washed my hair with sulfate free shampoo.) I'm disappointed because the money I spent on this was pretty much a waste. My husband even said to me "I thought you got the keratin treatment?" Jack is a very sweet man, but I would not recommend getting the Groupon or keratin treatment from him. I was open to giving him a chance after reading some of the yelp reviews, but unfortunately I learned the hard way. read more

Went to this place for a keratin treatment. I have done keratin before so I know the difference between a good and a bad one. Trust me these people know a lot about it and do an excellent job with it. I called to schedule an appointment. Although it was a crowded season, the gave me an appointment surprisingly the very next Saturday Took me on time for the treatment and didn't keep me waiting too long. Jack and Maggie are very friendly and offered great hair tips. Not to forget they are pretty professional with their work. Jack and Maggie have experience of more than 45 years in the business, so you can imagine how good and dedicated they are with their work. Contrary to other places, the assistants Debbie and Lorrie were also very well versed with the work and did a good job in helping me. I would also like to mention they have accessible parking spots. Finally I would like to add I love my hair after the keratin. Check out the before and after picture I added. Definitely recommended at a pretty affordable rate! read more

The best and most professional salon in Beverly Hills or anywhere. I have been a client for over 10 years and so has my husband. I have color, cuts blow outs and keratin treatments which I love. Maggie and Jack are great. They will try their best to please you. The salon is very comfortable and soon you feel like family. Because they treat you that way. I have been to many salons but none were as caring and accommodating. I am so happy to tell the public about Maggie-Jack Coiffure salon. It is a real find. Try it and judge for yourself. Purchased a keratin treatment from Groupon for this place and I have to say that I'm impressed. My hair feels super silky smooth and the whole process took less than 1.5 hours which is great since my hair almost reaches my waist. Everyone was friendly and helpful and their salon has a bright and peaceful atmosphere. Debbie worked on my hair and she was superb! She even helped me with how to maintain my hair color and ideas to change it up. read more

Came here for a keratin treatment and I'm so so so happy with the results! Debbie is amazing and she's been doing hair for 18 years. I purchased a GroupOn for the keratin treatment. I've had a few done 3 or so years ago, this one in comparison was hands down one with NO wow-factor. After receiving a rough shampooing from assistant 'Debbie', I was walked to the chair and sat down as she began putting the product in my hair and roughly blow drying in. After I had expressed that my hair was not looking smoother and was actually making my ends appear more fried, the gentlemen who took over flat ironed the heck out of my hair slowly as if the extra passes of the iron were going to make it better. My ends look horrid and my hair does not feel smoother or shiney or healthy or revived with moisture, as my past treatments made it. It just looks straight. It was pretty clear they do not know how to handle ethnic hair. I've never felt bad for my hair. Today, I do. read more

I found the place from high rating in Yelp. I went to jack for a consult about my originally straight but recently frizzy from the heavy water and dying. He said I would benefit from Keratin treatment and he was nice to offer me the Groupon price 100$ which I didn't know about. Debbie who did the job was nice and fast. But I guess too fast! I have heard Keratin straight ironing process takes hours, but my whole process was 1 hour! She just blow dried my hair and iron thoroughly only one time. I did not wash my hair for 72 hrs. And 2 weeks later, after washing 5 times with "It is a 10" Shampoo, sulfate free paraben free and Keratin plus, my hair is exactly as it was before. I was worried that my hair would become very very asian style straight, since my hair was not originally curly at all. Ha ha ha! read more

Found them on groupon. Super kind. I got the HED keratin here. I've gotten keratin many times before and this one is not the STRONGEST (but that means it's better for your hair). Mine started wearing off about 5 months after I got it, but I have super thick and curly hair. I will definitely go back here! read more

Debbie is a sweetheart and really does a great work! Fully trust her with my hair and color! My hair is healthy and glowing and most importantly she keeps it healthy. They saved me!!! I had gotten my hair colored elsewhere and it was a devastating experience. I didn't want to go out in public and had an event the next evening. I was referred here by two family members that just raved about their experience. I called and even though they were very busy they said they would fit me in. So I jumped at the chance to get my hair fixed before my event. When I arrived it was like no other place I had been. But I was hopeful and Jack did exactly what he set out to do. It was no easy task but he had me event ready in just under two hours. My hair was corrected!!! I will be returning and am so grateful to have found them. Plus the price was half of what others wanted to charge for a full color correction read more

If I could rate this salon more than 5 stars I WOULD! Everything was absolutely amazing. I got a keratin treatment done here about two weeks ago, I waited until now to give a review because I wanted to see how I felt after washing my hair, etc. My hair has never been this easy to maintain! Not to mention it looked flawless when I walked out of the salon! Debbie did the treatment and was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Jack recommended this hair product that you put in while your hair is still damp, I've been using it everyday since! It smells amazing and gives me hair shine and keeps it soft. I will definitely be returning to this salon, and very much recommend it! read more

There isn't much in the way of decoration and lots of frills, but who needs that to leave looking fabulous? Everyone there has a ton of experience and is very knowledgable about their services, treatments, and products. I got a Keratin treatment here (I've gotten them countless times other places), and it was one of the best I've ever had -- they didn't skimp on product and were very thorough while blowdrying and flat ironing, focusing on the areas I'd mentioned usually start curling again first. Everyone there is SO friendly! You feel like you've become a part of the family when you step inside. They all chat with you, help one another (no competition here, just teamwork), and really listen to what you want. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I have naturally curly hair, but from constant blow-drying/curling, I deal with a lot of tiny, broken hairs creating frizz. I finally decided to dry out a keratin treatment to see how my hair would react, and found the Maggie Jack Couture deal for keratin on Groupon. I loved this salon! I called in right after purchasing the groupon and they scheduled me immediately. The owners for which the shop is named are amazing! They both talked to me before my treatment and were really great. Debbie did most of the treatment and made me feel very comfortable through the whole process - she's a sweetheart. Since Jack and Debbie both helped with blowdrying my hair, I was out in about an hour and a half. The result was amazing! Exactly what I wanted; my hair was sleek, shiny and my frizz was tamed. I got the keratin done in March, so it's been close to two months - I waited to review after I had washed my hair a good few times. I have to say, I think I'm going to keep going back! The keratin really shortened blow-drying time and kept the frizz down on my hair. The only drawback I find with the process is the cost; even with the deal, it was still pretty expensive for a recent graduate at $100. However, I would say it's worth it :) Thank you Maggie Jack for my great hair! read more

Jack and Maggie are so sweet! Right when k walked in there, it felt like a family. The place isn't too spacious, but it gets the job done. It has a very homey feeling. Every customer in there is a regular, which is an amazing sign for a business. Right when you walk in, they greet you with a big hello and ask you if you want some coffee. I got the keratin done there. My hair is curly and has resisted keratin in the past. They took their time with it, even though they were already very busy, and it turned out great! My hair is way more healthy looking and manageable. They also gave me great tips on how to maintain it. Will I be going back? Absolutely! read more

I got the keratin treatment with Jack--he is really good at what he does. Super fast and the results were great. Best of all, his pricing is more than fair. I first did a Groupon with him and the first time I did keratin with him it came out good--no frizz and lessened curl by a good amount. Also, Maggie cut my hair that first time and it was of course fabulous, she's really an artist. I got a Groupon the second time for keratin, BUT NOTE, you can only use the Groupon your first time! Jack let me know that, but still kindly did my hair, and it turned out pretty good. read more

jack. What can I say. This is the best color I had in 40 years. The color never fades , lasts and is always on target. He is an artistic master. I've been a loyal client for just over a year. Would never go anywhere else. I recently moved from Scottsdale, AZ to Los Angeles and was hesitant to try a new salon for my keratin treatments. I get a treatment every three months to tame my hair and make styling easier. Maggie, Jack, and Debbie were all such a pleasure to work with and I couldn't be happier with my hair. They use the HED-gravity product, which left my hair feeling far smoother, stronger, and shinier than the Coppola keratin treatments I have had 10+ times.
