We called the same day and Rachel was able to schedule us for the date and time we wanted! When we got to the shop, everyone including the tattoo artists greeted us and were extremely nice. The shop was super clean and well decorated, which we loved. Rachel helped us the whole time and she is such a gem (pun intended ).
