I've been taking my chainsaw chains to Ace for a couple years now for sharpening. Every time I've…read morebeen told 'we have the guy in Battle Creek sharpen them, so it'll be a week or so before we get them back". This last time, I asked if they still had the guy in Battle Creek sharpening them and was told "we never send them out, we sharpen them here at the store". The kid at the front counter also didn't want me talking to the guy at the back counter because 'he is busy'. I put my name, phone number, and how many chains I was dropping off on a tag and the kid wrapped the tag around the chains. After about 3 weeks I finally called to see what was going on, yup, my chains were done. No one EVER calls back. I'll be taking my chains to Bomgaars for sharpening from now one. This whole town sucks. Ace just adds to the pile of crap that this town consists of.

Terrible service .... research anything they give you because you are on your own with ANY project. We have spent so much money with updating our home to fall on deaf ears to fix the mastic issues they created... they provided indoor only that will all fall off in Nebraska weather. I would still have the first one except one of my children borrowed it and put E-85 in it . On the second mower I purchased .... It in a word shelled out ( of course it was 25 years old ) .
