I've been taking my chainsaw chains to Ace for a couple years now for sharpening. This last time, I asked if they still had the guy in Battle Creek sharpening them and was told "we never send them out, we sharpen them here at the store". The kid at the front counter also didn't want me talking to the guy at the back counter because 'he is busy'. I put my name, phone number, and how many chains I was dropping off on a tag and the kid wrapped the tag around the chains. After about 3 weeks I finally called to see what was going on, yup, my chains were done. No one EVER calls back. I'll be taking my chains to Bomgaars for sharpening from now one. This whole town sucks. Ace just adds to the pile of crap that this town consists of.

Was unaware that this hardware store was here. I needed some special type of rivets for some…read moreleather work i was doing. Went to Rusts Western wear and was told to go to Hardware Hank's. So i did and yes they had exactly what I wanted. It's the kind of rivet that screws into a sleeve and they work great with leather. Great price also got 8 of them for 5.00. Excellent customer service. Glad this store is here. No more going to Sioux City for what I need. Thumbs up on this one.

The shelves are often disorganized, the staff are kind of unprofessional, absent and unknowledgeable. The management does not seem to be able to encourage the employees in these areas and to raise the bar to create a good shopping experience. They need a little more maturity in the store. I find myself shopping at the competitor more often for these reasons.
