We have spent so much money with updating our home to fall on deaf ears to fix the mastic issues they created... they provided indoor only that will all fall off in Nebraska weather. I've been taking my chainsaw chains to Ace for a couple years now for sharpening. Every time I've…read morebeen told 'we have the guy in Battle Creek sharpen them, so it'll be a week or so before we get them back". This last time, I asked if they still had the guy in Battle Creek sharpening them and was told "we never send them out, we sharpen them here at the store". The kid at the front counter also didn't want me talking to the guy at the back counter because 'he is busy'. I put my name, phone number, and how many chains I was dropping off on a tag and the kid wrapped the tag around the chains. After about 3 weeks I finally called to see what was going on, yup, my chains were done. No one EVER calls back. I'll be taking my chains to Bomgaars for sharpening from now one. This whole town sucks. Ace just adds to the pile of crap that this town consists of.

Bought the Millcreek Mission style bedroom set (bed, 2 side…read moretables, gentleman's chest, low six drawer dresser) We were a bit worried because we couldn't find reviews of company or their furniture anywhere. Buying just from looking over pictures was nerve-wracking. Very concerned that we wouldn't like the quality of the pieces. When it finally arrived after 16 weeks, I was blown away by the quality of the furniture. We did the quartersawn oak and the pieces are solid, beautifully made and each are signed by the Amish craftsman who made it. The bedroom set EXCEEDED my expectations in every way! Drawer joints are nicely dovetailed, and pull out to the full length of the drawer. Color of the wood is warm and rich. The queen bed is solid and imposing. The set makes a definite statement when seen for the first time. We opted for "into the house" delivery and it was worth it. We couldn't have gotten the pieces up our stairs, they were very heavy and awkward to handle. We had to assist the delivery men to get the gentleman's chest up the stairs and even with 4 of us, we almost dropped it. I love showing the bedroom set off now because everyone just gushes about how nicely constructed it is. One warning....the set is very large and takes up a lot of room when set up. Not made for a small bedroom!

I called and we decided that if they could get me matching hardware I would simply replace my old hardware with their new. They did send the hardware, but it was the wrong size and color. I returned it. I have subsequently called at least 6 times, sent emails and written letters to try to get this resolved. When I speak to someone, I am given the "I'll take care of it" speech, but nothing has happened. I ordered the armoire in January of 2014 and now it is April of 2015, and I am no closer to having this situation taken care of. My disappointment at how I have been treated is extreme. While I appreciate that mistakes happen, I would think that someone who spent well over $1000, would get the courtesy of a return phone call.

I arrived at 3:30 and was told they don't pawn stuff from 330 till 4. Waste of my time and very unprofessional. Don't recommend to anyone.
