We don't stop by often, but when we do have a specific purchase or request, we have found their staff very, very friendly, supportive and helpful. On our last stop, I was looking at some POP! figurines, and I commented about a specific character--within a minute she had not only found it, but got me one that was on sale. They are also quite good at explaining the various game consoles as well as the differences between them. They also don't treat you with disdain if you really don't have much of a clue about the games--they do their best to make you comfortable, and to help you with your best options. I have taken my two sons in here for years .I love that GameStop is a bit of a compact store, but yet with a current & amazing selection ! I would much rather go here then trapping through a larger retail store .Its always been hassle free and the staff are very efficient and knowledgeable about their products and new releases ! read more

I don't go to many GameStop's, but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. There was one employee working when I was in there with my husband and he was very nice and helpful. He made sure to tell us of the good sale going on and where those specific games were. I do think GameStop is a bit high priced for certain used games, but they do have a excellent selection and had the specific games we were looking for. In my opinion it smelled like dirty socks in there, but that was just me. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience, the employee was super nice and if we were looking for games again, I would happily go there first. (The used games are in good condition and we haven't had any problems.) I did appreciate the employee asking us if we were okay with a game in a generic case, because he didn't have the original. We were just fine with it, I was just glad he asked and made sure before just doing it. We will be back. read more
