I rely on my car for work and so losing it during the week is a hardship. Man oh man was that a bad idea and a hard lesson learned....thousands of dollars and time wasted. A few weeks ago I returned to my trusted friends at Nelson's and it feels good to be home. My car is happy and that makes me happy! So this is not one person 's error, it is policy at this rip off place. I went to a tire store. They fixed the tire (because the nail was not in the side of the tire) and told me my tires were fine. Jiffy Lube would have stolen $1,100 from me! This is horrible. do not go there! They also sold me an air filter which I now doubt I needed.
