This recently renovated restaurant was by far the most memorable experience in Roma, in regards to service and quality of food. The interior is modern clean and well lit with plenty of natural lighting during the day and a mix of fluorescent neon lighting that cascades down the walls which are reflected lightly from the wine bottles. The service was the best I had thus far in Roma where I was greeted with a smile and idle chit chat of "How is your trip thus far...?" and "Ah, well if you're looking for something savory...".
Everything about this restaurant screams fresh and savory. I first ordered their Oyster dish which consisted of two oysters imported from Paris however, these beauties were as said before are fresh, creamy, with a slight hint of sweetness to the palet. The seafood pasta noodles tasted close to that of homemade egg noodles which complimented nicely with the shrimp and what seemed to be a light drizzle of olive oil and a glass of Chianti. The steak was made to perfection to my taste (medium) where the fat was melted nicely through with a side Mixed Green Salad.
Don't miss this chance to enjoy the authentic taste of italy at the corner of Via Spalato and Via De Santa Costanza.
