We came across two very helpful fantastic sales associate Tracy and Susy who helped us with our purchases on this particular day. Unfortunately, the shoe department here and their staff while they are very well staffed could not be bothered and never approached us at any point in time. It is unfortunate because we ended up buying shoes from the Neiman Marcus at Bal Harbor instead. The store is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need and then some it was great to see such a huge selection of not only shoes, but also the fine high jewelry pieces. I would definitely come back here again and go see and work with those two wonderful sales associate ladies!!

I said look at all of your dresses this is how they come. I grabbed dresses randomly from the rack and showed her that they all had scuffs and runs. She said sorry return it back online and that was it. Apart that the dresses were damaged the customer service was poor. This is the second time I've had an issue trying to return something I purchased using PayPal. I…read morehad the order number, but the manager claimed the order didn't show up in their system. She then said the situation was "different" because I paid through PayPal. When I asked how I could return the items, she said she needed to see the physical card--then changed her explanation and asked to see my PayPal account. After I showed her the online receipt showing the pictures of what I bought, plus my PayPal account as she requested, she changed her narrative again, saying that each item had to be returned separately. This tells me that either she had no clue what she was doing or the company policy is that deceiving. As I mentioned, this is not the first time I've had trouble returning a PayPal purchase here. We spent over 30 minutes trying to return 3 blouses, ( we were finally able to return them)--all while standing in a store with the A/C turned off in the middle of a hot Miami summer. The woman who answered told me they got there at 12:30 today. I explained the situation to her and she did not even have the courtesy to apologize. She said she was going to check if the pants were ready and call me back. She never called back. I showed up the day after and they all had a horrible attitude and did not apologize for the situation. The customer service here is horrible and the owner is a rude older woman. I will never be coming here again. Overpriced and Terrible customer service.

We see a lot more Marshalls than we see TJ Maxx in our travels, though we did see a TK Maxx in the UK recently. This store is very large, located in one very square area on the 3rd floor of the mall. It had a large selection of name brand fashions, with clearly marked clearance sections that were filled (not sparse at all, even though there were quire a few people shopping...indicating the staff are doing a good job of restocking). My wife ended up getting two easy to pack name brand t-shirts as gifts. The queue to checkout was very long, but it kept moving and used that familiar recorded voice to tell you which register was open once you got to the front.
