I purchased two out of the four items that I had been eyeing online so I was happy about that. The other two items I was hoping to also purchase were not available in store but the gentlemen working there were attentive & tried their best to help me w/ an online order to pickup at their store (or any store of my choice). The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is bc of the waiting time to be serviced. The store was pretty empty when I arrived, it was around 45 minutes before they closed, only one more person was being helped from what I could see & I somehow still had to wait close to 20 minutes for someone to finally come to me. I was sort of in a rush so this kind of made the difference that day. I don't know, it didn't seem like the reps were communicating right for some reason bc once the sales rep that noticed I had been sitting there, showed up, like two others came immediately after asking him if I had been helped... Not to be picky or sound boujie (this is more of a constructive criticism tip) but the customers of these high-end stores, expect above exceptional service when we visit, & the least wait time/ inconvenience possible, since we are spending lots of money... If we wanted Walmart service, we'd got to Walmart (no offense), but y'all get my drift, right?!. I didn't feel the organization factor was there as far as what I just explained above goes, but I will be fair & say that everyone I came in contact w/ was very nice aside from that little hiccup. This experience didn't leave a bad taste so I have no problem recommending the store to anyone, on the contrary, I think it has potential, & will most likely return in the future since it's close to home.

Unique cowboy hats glowing under the bright led lights. Huge selection of belts, shirts, jeans, work shoes and Aztec print inspired sweaters, oversized belt buckles and stone jewelry. The employee Grace assisted me in a hunt for a pair of jeans that fit my big waist yet were not baggy in the thighs. The jeans were on clearance sale for $29.99 and additionally Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Well, found one pair but could not find another so no sale today. The wife went into a shopping frenzy while dancing in the aisles to the country music playing and purchased two shirts also But 1 Get 1 Free. Stayed here for an hour and a half onto the next store.

One of the stores that we wanted to stop by was the Express, which sells a variety of business and business casual clothing for both men and women. We had a couple of exchanges to do and also made some purchases. The saleslady was very nice and helpful. The store is very well organized and clean. There is free parking at the Falls mall, but there is some walking to get to this store. There are no Express stores near Miami Beach, so we will return to this location in the future.

LOFT is usually a staple for me as I have quite a few dresses from there. While their dresses were beautiful, they weren't what I was looking for. Already being in the store, I spotted a gorgeous parka and it was on sale. I couldn't resist. Fonda, the associate, was a real doll in helping me find and try things on. While the dress didn't happen, the parka did. I was originally between two parkas, but I ended up with the green one over the blue. The blue they didn't have in my size, but still, no regrets. I went to Chicago with my green parka and it kept me toasty warm. I'm now looking into potentially ordering the blue parka online (if I can convince myself that I absolutely need it). At any rate, LOFT saves the day again, although unwittingly in a way I wasn't looking for. Cue the laughs.

If you need to park, the garage offers a lot of spaces. During COVID, there are signs stating that you must wear a mask. This shop is on the first floor closer to the road. My partner need to get a hat as the Florida day was warm. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a fair amount of merchandise for a small shop but that also means that there are a fair amount of choices. We picked out a hat at a very reasonable price under $10. I would recommend this place for anybody wanted to do some shopping.
