They helped me pick out some nice garments for my nieces. This store is for younger ladies in my opinion but don't let that dissuade you from checking them out. read more

On our way to the beach, we decided to stop by this fun little store. If you're familiar with them, this store is very similar to a Rainbow or a $5, 7, $9 store. Lots of cute clothes and the quality wasn't what you would seem. I bought a blazer and got so many compliments on it. It's an interesting red coral color that you don't find very often. The store was organized by color and style. Closest to the cash register were clearance racks with tons of dresses, overalls, etc. Good selection on the clearance racks, however be careful. The signs boasted super large low prizes ($5, $9, etc), however in small print was the phrase "selected styles". I picked up two blazers off a "$5" rack and only one was $5, the other $11. This is really my only complaint. Would I go back here for a unique find? Maybe. read more

Stopped in here randomly before I went on a dance music themed cruise to pick up some items I forgot back home, and naturally ended up taking home a couple whole outfits from this place! It's fast fashion but you can find some super cute items for a great price. I found the perfect festival kimono that would normally go for $100+ online for only $35 here - a STEAL. Found a couple pairs of funky sunglasses as well & I got so many complements on my outfits here from people on the ship. So glad I stopped in! read more

This place is a joke. Cute clothes however once you swipe that card they let you know about the no-money-back-return policy. Even though... you just swiped your card. Working in retail-customer service for a while now and this place is a sorry excuse for a retailer. I will be back but, just because they refused to give me my money back and I have to spend it here or lose it. read more

The manager is very unprofessional and want honor prices shown on the tags

I came here yesterday in hopes of finding an outfit for a concert I am attending today. After getting a couple things yesterday, I check out and as I'm about to walk out the cashier tells me that all clearance items are final and no refunds are accepted only store credit.. AFTER I had paid. There were no signs of this in the store and coming in with my baby I just grabbed a couple options and paid. Today, I go to return some of the things and the manager "Lily or Lillian" tells me that I am missing a tag on an item and REFUSED to just scan the same item which was in stock btw so I could return it. She was rude, had poor customer service, and a bad attitude when I asked for the manager when I didn't know it was her. Don't come here. They will not treat you right and will tell you policies after they already have your money. So disappointed and even more so in Madrag for hiring someone like Lilly. read more

Torn about my review. LOVE their clothes! Cheap, cute and very classy semi formal wear, club wear, cute jeans, classy everyday wear, shoes, jewelry, lingerie, EVERYTHING! I frequently visit this store nearly ever other week to check for the newest and latest trends! Based on this alone, this would be a raving 5 star review!!!! But, the dressing room doors, only half of them close, you can only take 4 items in and if you leave your more-than-4-items (as required) on the rack to try on next, by the time you come out they have taken them to put back on the racks. The customer service is pretty poor. If something is on the top rack, just forget it. Getting someone to help you is nearly impossible. The checkout line always takes at least 10 minutes even it there is just one or 2 people in line. Madrag, if you can up your customer service game, you would be the best store in Hollywood. read more

My sister and I visited this store 3/16/16 having never been or heard of this store before. They had a cute selection of inexpensive clothes and accessories and we were intrigued. There was a shirt on a post, high up on the wall that I wanted to see and couldn't find an associate to get it down for me. They had one of those Long poles with the hook on the end, so I used it to try and get the shirt down. Lo and behold, an associate came by and didn't offer to help me, just watched me struggle trying to put the shirt back on the wall. We picked up a few things and I went to pay and 2 Spanish associates were too involved with their conversation to help me cash out. I asked if they could help me and the younger of the two rolled her eyes and finally walked over. She rang up my sale, tossed my stuff In a too small of a bag, and then walked away. Never even gave me my receipt. I had to physically pull it from the register. Then my sister went up to pay for a skirt and I guess there was no tag on it, so the same associate said, you need to go get another one. There were no tags on any of them so she brought up the whole rack Of them for the sales associate. By that time the SA was again involved with her fun conversation with her coworker and let my sister just stand there. Finally they used an alternate tag and she didn't even interact with us during the transaction, continuing her conversation with her coworker. Such terrible customer service. I hope this isn't a regular representation of a MadRag store, because if it is, then the company should consider closing. read more

They have super cute clothing. Some which you can find on fashion nova. definitely recommend for cute and stylish and very affordable. The only thing that sucks is that you cant return anything. You only get store credit which means you have to spend the money on something else so basically only exchanges. read more

This store has the cutest cheap clothes ever, but this location is HORRIBLE. They falsely advertise sales all the time and when the items don't ring up on sale, they do not honor the signage that says it was on sale. They say the sign is wrong . On two separate occasions they've forgotten to put items I purchased in my bag and I don't realize I'm missing things I've paid for till I get home. There's usually only one cashier, even if there are 5 people in line. Overall, crappy customer service and inefficient staff- go to another location. read more

Stood in line for about 15mins to check out. There's one register open one closed. There's about 6 employees there one which was running the register . Apparently none of the others could run a register but could complain to each other in Spanish about other Co workers. Get yourselves together ladies and work on your customer service because it sucks. read more

Customer service is garbage garbage garbage the multiple visits I've made specifically to this location.... I cannot say that I won't be shopping with Madrag again unfortunately because their selection of clothes is pretty nice I can always find something. But the mere fact that I have to leave aggravated every time I visit does bother me after all I am a paying customer. Would a hello, thank you or even just opening their mouth to say anything kill them??! I guess because I am not Spanish speaking. I was at rainbow the night before and even though I don't find their clothing selection to be impressive I got so many greetings and goodbyes I know for sure I would be visiting them again .As for Madrag I might make the extra effort to drive to a different location because shopping experience IS important to me and I'm sure I'm not the only person who feels that way. This place is a piece of crap. I went here couple days ago and first walking into the store the alarm went off and the security saw and heard when I walked in so then I went ahead and didn't say anything because I didn't have anything to worry about since I am surely not stealing anything and it's my first time walking into the store. So then I'm there looking at some clothing and the security just kept staring at me and kept coming around me like I'm about to steal and honestly it made me feel very uncomfortable and felt discriminated. I then walked out because I did not want to shop there any more with the way I was getting treated so I started walking out of the store and the alarm went off again like it did before when I was walking in and the security start running after me to show her my purse and I ignored her because she knew that I beeped the first time walking into the store so why would you assume I'm stealing something. This place is unprofessional, no one speaks any English and they will run after you for you to show them your bag .
