I told her I did not want a NEW credit card, as I already have a Loft CC - and that I do not want her to 'ding' my credit. She assured me none of that was happening. But that is exactly what she did. Now I am unable to access both the old and the new accounts. The CC company nor Loft is able to access either. I have spent 2+ hours on the phone today trying to correct this. So far, I can not access my new (unasked for) account or the old. I am unable to pay the card. All because a sales associate told me something untrue. I will be canceling my card as soon as I pay it. And I doubt I will shop at loft again.

The main stores are Macys and Belk and there were plenty of smaller stores that would be familiar to you like Bath and Body Works, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Gap to name a few. The food court had plenty of options to choose from too. I would say since I was not familiar with this mall it was frustrating to not be able to find the maps at enough locations. I have been to Lush, Lego, Yankee Candle, and Bath and Body Works here. Every shop we've been in had great employees and the stores were always clean. The mall in general is clean and bright and there's a ton of stores to shop around in. Minerology used to have two other locations but they closed down and stayed with one main location at Crabtree, so I'll make the long drive for my favorite place. The staff there are super knowledgeable about the fossils and minerals. They are very friendly and kind people and will help you find something special to bring home. They also do live sales occasionally on their Instagram. Many of the rocks in my collection came from here. Though Crabtree is far and I'm not a fan of their parking, I will always come back as long as my favorite stores remains!

When we arrived we had to wait for a few minutes prior to us being able to enter the store since there were so many people inside. All of the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. There were a lot of nice items including shoes, purses, and clothes for sale. Employees also gave out wine, water, cookies, pretzels, and bags with purchase. There was also a DJ. More giveaways & sales will be available for the grand opening on Thursday.

I've had luck with finding some staple items here for fair prices. $30-50 for a nice blouse or casual dress. The reason the rating is so low is because of the manager who oversees the store. She isn't there every time I have gone in, and the experience is better without her. She seemed very standoffish and was short with me at checkout. Very unapproachable. HELLO, this is retail. On another note, the lighting in the fitting rooms is excruciatingly bad. I feel like I have gained 10 lbs every time I look in the mirror. It is very unflattering and often causes me to put the items I tried on back.
