Kaylee, Kayden, and Emma are truly professional, patient, and incredibly kind. From the moment I walked in, the space felt so welcoming--beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sofas and beds are very comfortable, everything feels calm and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere is just lovely. Kaylee and Kayden took care of me today, and I really appreciated their attentive and gentle approach. I had experienced an issue before and had come in a few times, and they were extremely understanding and made sure to take their time and do everything carefully and properly. Their dedication and care really stood out. I truly believe the entire team is amazing--I've had the chance to be treated by several of the girls, and every single one of them has been excellent. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and kindness. I really appreciate the care and effort, and I'm looking forward to following up with you on Tuesday. read more

I have been coming here for years. The girls are all so sweet here. They know how to give me whatever look I ask for and are open to any new ideas I have. I love that they are very gentle with my lashes and the appointments are very relaxing for me. I have been to a handful of places and this one is by far been my best experience. read more

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Madison yesterday. What a welcoming, talented, and motivated person, Madison is. I went in for a Keratin lash lift and tint. Although I had done them before (elsewhere) she walked me through each step. I loved how personable she was through the process, while the two of us talked about Nashville (she's a huge fan) and even shared some tips with me for my upcoming trip there with my husband. Also, my lashes look phenomenal and super natural (which is what I really was going for - as someone that uses minimal makeup). I will absolutely be back. **P.S. Check out her website that she built herself! Sorry, but I love motivated business people (especially young business owners) who take such a huge initiative at building a brand and business and CARE about clients. read more

I love this salon. I have my lashes, eyebrows and spray tan done by Kaylee and she does a fabulous job! She has the sweetest demeanor, very professional, and talented. read more

I have been coming faithfully every 2-3 weeks for a mega volume fill and have paid thousands of dollars to get my lashes done. When arriving for my appointments, I have not been greeted once even when there was someone sitting at the front desk. A few months ago, I came in for my appointment (I have record of a confirmation email) and they said it wasn't on their books. They said "wow I don't know what happened" and blankly stared at me. No apology. No offering to reschedule. After acknowledging that yes I would like to come back, they rescheduled me due to my own initiative. A few weeks ago, I had never missed an appointment until I came down with the flu. I texted the number 3 hours in advance (they don't pick up calls) to inform them that I was too sick to make it and that I'd like to reschedule. 15 minutes into my appointment, Madison reached out wondering where I was. I informed her a second time that I needed to cancel and would like to reschedule. No response. Several weeks later, I reached out to Madison a third time in attempt to reschedule. Still no response. But luckily there was a silver lining because when I was forced to go to another salon, I realized that the poor lash retention at Madison Leigh's is NOT NORMAL. Turns out, Madison Leigh has a reputation for lashes falling out easily and this is known in other salons as well as reported in many reviews. There are too many salons that treat their consumers better and have a better product than to keep wasting your time and money at Madison Leigh. read more

This was my first time getting my lashes done and I'm so glad I went to Madison Leigh!!! I got a keratin lash lift. Even though my straight lashes were being stubborn, the lash artist got them looking beautifully curled. I noticed that they started falling and decided to pop in for a touch up. Giselle was able to fit me in and gave me some helpful tips for next time. I definitely should be hydrating my lashes and have gone in as soon as I noticed them falling. She put notes in my profile for the next artist to know to have my lashes need to set for a bit longer next time. She even checked in the next day to make sure I was still loving them! I am beyond happy I choose Madison Leigh for my bridal lashes!! read more

I just started coming here 2 months ago. It's such a cute shop and everyone is so friendly. My lashes look great and I'm constantly getting compliments on them! I can go 3 weeks and they still look full. Highly recommend. read more

I wanted to find a place that I could go to prior to surgery, knowing I would not be able to do my eyelashes and eyebrows for a long time. Silly I know as I can't leave my house for 6-8 weeks. I just wanted to pamper myself, and like what is looking back at me in the mirror. I had brow lamination and tint, as well as eyelash lift and tint. Bree did a truly incredible job. She was gentle, which I greatly appreciated. While I could not see what she was doing, I could feel the precision in her work! I had numerous compliments from family, as well as the nurses in the surgery center. I will 100% be back to see Bree. Now on to the salon itself. It is super easy to book an appointment. The salon is super inviting. It is clean and decorated nicely. The only thing that was difficult for me personally was the country music playing. This is only because I'm not a country music fan so sitting there for an hour listening to music you don't enjoy was a little trying! It is definitely an intentional part of the vibe. Guess what? Who cares? I'll sit through any type of music (as long as it is not disrespectful) to get great brows and lashes in a clean, professional environment. My whole point of that comment was just to show how great the salon is, not to be rude in any way. Additionally, so cool that the location is in the Simi Valley Towne Center? I'm really happy to see a small business thriving in the center. To recap, book an appointment ASAP for any type of Lash or Brow service offered! You will not be disappointed!! read more

I've gone now for lash extensions and back for my fill and both apps have been fantastic. Bree has been great to work with and my lashes look amazing. I was really nervous getting them because of how sensitive my eyes are to pretty much sensitive to everything. Bree took her time and checked in with me after my initial appointment to make sure I was good. read more

I originally visited this salon to get a refill on my hybrid lashes. Once I arrived, Bree took me back and did a quick check of my current lashes. Now, I had been a little disappointed with my past couple of last techs after having the same one for years move away, and after Bree took a look at my lashes I am not surprised why I've been disappointed. Long story short, she recommended a new full set, and took off my old lashes. Fast forward to this week, I have a fresh new set, they look great, are perfectly framed on my eyes, not too long for face, each lash carefully placed with zero tugging. I'm beyond happy with my lashes, and would highly recommend this studio!!!! Prices are typical to everywhere I've been, but the service you get is unparalleled. Highly recommend!! read more

Very friendly and really gave me beautiful lashes! My lash artist Kayden is great! She always makes notes on what we do and checks in every fill on how I liked them and if we want to make any changes. Great place! read more

I had my very first lash lift with Madison today. I booked online which was super easy. The day before my appointment I received a friendly text reminder which I totally appreciated. Loved the atmosphere of the place. It was extremely clean, super airy, and decorated with fun details. Madison made me feel very comfortable when she found out I've never had a lash lift done before. She explained the process to me as she was doing it. I also appreciate how active their social media is with tidbits, facts, & fun stuff. No negatives here. I'll definitely will be going back again and telling my girlfriends about Madison Leigh Co. Thank you! read more

This place used to be my go to place for a long time but it has changed in my opinion. They have a lot of new staff who don't have any experience outside of working at Madison Leigh. I went in for a mini fill but ended up getting a regular fill because I didn't have enough lashes according to the person for it to look OK so I agreed. The previous girl that used to work there that did my lashes who is no longer there would knock it out in the time that she had and they would look great, but this is not the case anymore. After I was done, she didn't even give me the mirror to show me because they looked awful. I didn't say anything because there's so many people around and I didn't want to embarrass the person, but this was my final straw there. If you decide to go there, I would suggest you book with someone who has been there for a long time because all the other girls that are fairly new have no prior experience. I should've known better when she had to get approval to do a regular fill which was something that should not have been approved in the first place. That same day that I was there they had 2-3 lash artists sitting/standing by the computer with 3 people in the lobby and none of them greeted or said anything. After being there for five minutes, they finally asked if we had checked in on the little tablet they have on the counter. It would be helpful if they greeted and let you know that you had to do that in the first place instead of just letting you stand around while they chitchat around the computer. Although I had been coming here for a long time, I had never had to do that in the past. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my lashes!!! I highly recommend Madisonleighco for high quality lashes! I appreciate that the goal is to get lash refill every 3 weeks instead of every 2 weeks. The quality of work is amazing!!! Such personal service is beyond my expectations! read more

Madison Leigh Co. - Love my lashes! I'm 60 years old & these lashes took 10 years off my age - Eyelash Service Near Me - Simi Valley, California

The one thing I can say about this lash studio is the shop is really cute, love the decor. I had 5 different appointments with two different lash techs here. My first install was with Katlyn, I told her what I wanted and she did something completely different. A total of 16 lashes came off on one eye and 6 on the other the NEXT DAY, I called and she agreed to fixed them. After she supposedly fixed them they were not even at all. When it was time for my fill I told them I wanted someone else due to my first install. Granted the owner Madison said she'd fix them. For whatever reason she ended up not fixing them and they put me with Hayley cause she had a cancellation. Same thing happen with Hayley, they didn't last at all. I came in for a hybrid fill and she kept doing volume. My last fill which was on Sunday afternoon 10/24/21 I told her we can do volume again but I wanted size 16, she said we CAN DEFINITELY do that. Once she was done with my fill I asked was this size 16 she said no we don't do that length it would be up to your eyebrows. Not once did she say we don't have that size, or I wouldn't recommend it NOTHING or whatever the case is. She just took it upon herself to still give me what I didn't ask for. When you pay $70-$85 PLUS TIP for a fill you'd think they'd listen to what the CUSTOMER wants or they'd last longer than a week. Maybe they aren't using enough glue or they aren't placing them correctly. I had 5 different appointments with them, and they can't seem to get it right. I would NOT recommend. read more

This is long overdue, but I've been coming here for my lashes for almost 2 years and they are soooo amazing here. Appointments are easy to set up and the staff is super nice and accommodating. I recently had a baby and they were so understanding and flexible with me when my schedule kept changing. I usually book with Lexi, but have gotten my lashes filled with everyone and they're all so great. Best lashes in the business! read more

Best lash studio I've ever been to. Super clean studio and friendly staff. They have everything you need for your lashes and self care in one place and all the techs are really talented. The day before my lash appt I had my 2nd COVID vaccination. The next morning as I drove to Madison Leigh I began feeling ill and by the time I parked I knew I was running a fever. I called Madison Leigh and their voicemail inbox was full so I sent a text explaining my situation. THEY CHARGED MY CARD $165.00 FOR NOT GIVING 48 HOURS NOTICE. I called again wanting to explain why charging me full price is Ludacris, but sadly their voicemail inbox is still full. I made the only choice I had and that was to get myself back home. The Madison Leigh business policies need to be COVID updated. The fact that they paid themselves full price just because I would not walk in with a fever, is disgusting. read more

I just moved to Simi Valley a week ago. I had no idea where to go for lashes, so I just started searching on Google. Something about their website & their bios spoke to me. I knew this was the place for me. I had an appointment booked with the owner, Madison. She listened intently to my concerns & asked a lot of questions. I had never been asked any questions or had anyone pay so much attention to me before getting my lashes done. I absolutely knew I was in the right place. They offered me water right when I came in. They have beds instead of hard flat tables. The salon itself is beautiful & I loved the decor, country music & merchandise that was displayed. I'm thrilled with my new lashes & I got my brows waxed. I usually have bumps for days after getting waxed, but I had zero reaction. I also got my brows tinted, which I had never heard of, but I love. I felt heard for the first time. They set the bar high!! Thank you read more

This is the only place I will ever go to get my lashes done from now on. they are all so amazing! Everyone is super friendly and personable, and most importantly they know what they are doing. The experience is always so peaceful and relaxing and they always after my appointments lit never even feels like Im wearing lashes. I recently tried going somewhere else because I couldn't fit my schedule here and unfortunately had such a terrible experience, not only with pain during but also days after, and honestly every place BESIDES Madison Leigh that I've tried causes me soo much pain I have to come here to get them removed, which is exactly what I'm doing today. Lesson learned to plan and book ahead lol! Also the brow shaping is phenomenal, they all really know how to beautifully frame my face and I always walk out feeling like a million bucks read more

I've been going to MLCO for quite some time now. Let me say this place is the BEST***** The passion these girls have giving you quality lashes goes far and beyond. I myself have learned a ton about products and how to clean and really care for my Lashes. I go 3-4 weeks now before filling again. My go to Girl has always been MADISON aka the LASH GURU However I've seen a couple different ladies when she isn't available and they never disappoint. I'm always leaving there feeling good. This is truly one of the best lash salons I've been to and I don't plan on leaving. They are local, the place is super cute & clean, and they take pride in what they do. 10/10 recommend read more

I loved the idea of coming here because it was local. I think I went a total of 4 times. The last time I went, I got a hybrid set for vacation. The lashes didn't even make it until the 3rd day after getting them. By the end of the trip (5-7 days later) almost all were gone. My friend had just gotten hers done by someone else and they lasted the whole trip and until her next fill. She couldn't believe how mine did not hold up. I was told that I had oily eyelids or something like that and that was making it hard to hold have the lashes stick.I barley even got them wet. It was disappointing to pay for them and to just fall off like nothing. I just got my lashes done elsewhere and they're doing so well. It also wouldn't hurt for the girls to try to initiate a conversation just a tad while you're just laying there. read more

I cannot rave enough good things about Madison Leigh Co! The entire team is so sweet & knowledgeable and everyone is always so willing to answer any of my questions or concerns. Katlyn always makes me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment & my lashes look so gorgeous every time! I have also had multiple spray tans done by Katlyn which have been super great.
