So I've been going to MLCo for quite some time. I started a couple years ago getting a natural full set with regular fills and then I moved to hybrid. I didn't go back for a couple years because of job relocation and getting lasik eye surgery (where your eyes are extremely sensitive). I have since went back to the same lash artist, Hayley, and I do mega volumes. I cannot tell you how much I love my lashes!! MLCo is the only place I will go to get lashes done. Each artist is friendly, even if you aren't their regular client. I even get my eyebrows done here by Katelyn. I've never left an appointment feeling disappointed with my lashes or my brows. I will say, when you first get lashes (this is strictly my experience) the retention is pretty low... meaning I would lose a lot of lashes... most that fell out without a natural lash attached... but rest assured if you are cleaning your lashes like they tell you to, and brush them to keep them fluffy, your lashes with hold more over time. I went from doing fills every 2 weeks to being recommended to 3 weeks! I'd recommend this place to anyone new to lashes. The girls here are very knowledgeable and honest with their work. read more

Had a very very great experience here today. Hailey did my lashes and it was so amazing. It was my first time getting lash extensions and I admit I was a little nervous because first time jitters. But the studio was super easy to find because the decor and the little sign out front. When I stepped inside I was in love with the layout and how chic it was, it's like dream home-esque. No joke. Love it. I was greeted by my lash artist (I had seen her photo from their Instagram page : @madisonleighco) and she was so sweet! I signed a waiver on their iPad (electronic so no paper waste yay) and we went into the back area, where there's two beds for clients to lay down on and a table, and the supply holders. Hailey and I discussed what I was looking to do, whether it be length, fullness, etc and i showed her a photo of her own work and she said "I know exactly what to do," and she had me lay down on the very comfy table and off she went! It took about 1 hour 45 mins give or take and I was really comfortable the entire time. Afterwards, she gave me a mirror to look in and I was in love. Then we went back out to the front where she took some photos, I paid, and off I went! My lashes look soooo fantastic and I can't wait to come back for a fill :) Ps when it's your first time getting a full set done, they give you a foaming cleanser and a brush to help wash your lashes at night which is so helpful because everything I have at home is oil based (big no no) soooo happy 10/10 read more

I made my first appointment for Monday with great hesitation. I was recommended to try out Madison Leigh by my daughter. My taste is very different than my daughters so I was hesitant. I decided to get a lash lift. I am so thrilled! It was easy to do and my lashed look like I am wearing mascara even though I am not. I was worried it would fade after awhile but five days in they still look great! I highly recommend them to anyone interested in getting a fresher look at any age. Love love love this place!!!! Today was my first time here. It is the cutest salon. The beds you lay on are so comfortable and you truly feel relaxed while getting your lashes done. Giselle is so sweet and so great at what she does. My lashes came out beautiful!!! Giselle is amazing!!! It was her day off and she came in, so I could have the prettiest lashes for my event this weekend. I have already booked my next couple touch-ups and I couldn't be happier. I do highly would not recommend this place. There over priced then other lash Extensions salons and lashes do you not stay on they fall out after a couple of days having them done. The owner Madison does not take her time to make sure your lashes are full she seems to be rushed to get her next clients when the other girls work at the salon take their time to make sure the job is done right Madison does your lashes in like 20 minutes when the other girls take like an hour to make sure they're done right and she charges you $85 for fills when other salons charge between 55 and 65 for a fill. I'm sad that I have to leave a review like this but I think it's important to describe my frustrations. I came here to get some lashes done back in February. Now let me preface this by saying the service is great and the people are really sweet! However, my problem was with the lashes themselves. The lashes would fall out at an alarming rate and no matter what I did nothing helped. I tried cleaning them a different way, sleeping different, buying new pillow cases, but nothing worked. In addition to that I received hybrids and the fans often stuck together and were clumped strangely. The lashes would always look good right after the appointment but get clumpy and strange a couple days after. I ended up deciding to try somewhere else and they confirmed that the lashes were not done right and she showed me why they were clumping together so much. There was a pile of glue on the lashes that were clumping which made it very difficult to remove. She also informed me that a lot of people come to her after Madison Leigh with the same problems. Over all, the people are really sweet and the store is nice but you can get better lashes done somewhere else for cheaper. read more

Been going to Madison and her lash girls for years! Definitely the most professional, experienced, and knowledgeable person i've ever had my lashes done by. Customers and making sure everything is perfect is her number one priority and she makes that very clear. All her girls are great too and very friendly and make you feel welcomed. So I've been coming to Kelsey for a few months now and I've never left here unhappy. She always makes the experience enjoyable and relaxing. My lashes always feel light weight and very natural, sometimes I forget that I even have them. And if you do the aftercare properly, they last up to 3 weeks with little fall out. This lash studio is top notch! I have been to many lash artists both in Simi as well as in ventura. And i was about to give up as i found the services just were not that great at the other salons. I just never felt at the other places the lashes looked good or maybe the first day and then i would loose them in droves. I then saw a lady at a local restaurant and noticed her amazing lashes and i asked her where she went. She told me about Madison leigh & co up at the mall and said every one she knew went there and loved everything about the place. Well i booked an appointment with Madison herself and was so beyond impressed with her salon and more importantly my beautiful volume lashes.
