It was one of the most difficult and stressful periods of my life. Navid Moshtael helped guide me through the entire process. My spouse was extremely difficult throughout the case, which made an already complicated situation even more challenging. Despite that, Navid was able to navigate the conflict, stay focused on the bigger picture, and continue moving the case toward the outcome we had discussed from the beginning. This guy cannot think strategically at all and his brain works on randoms details. The award amount that I was told and submitted on multiple occasions, has been significantly reduced as well. Keep in mind that it was not very high to begin with. There were multiple times in which I was advised at certain points, phrases such as, "this will conclude now in a few weeks." 17 months later, it has not concluded! I am waiting to see if I actually receive the funds stated to me as approved, and within the time frame stated to me. Hindsight is such a gift. If I had only known these issues were in the mix, I never would have signed on the dotted line.
