I went to this salon requesting a full-color service and specifically asked for a "golden blonde,…read morelike honey." I selected the color from the swatch book provided by my stylist. After the initial color application produced little change, additional toner was applied for approximately 40 minutes. The result was bright pink hair, followed by a second correction attempt that left my roots bright orange. As a teacher with a strict professional dress code, these results were not wearable for work. When I contacted the salon the next day seeking a correction, I was told I would need to pay an additional $40 for product to fix the color. I did not feel I should be charged to correct a result that was not what I requested. After requesting to speak with the owner, I was informed the salon had decided to "part ways" with me and offered a $40 refund on my $250 service. The disappointing color result was frustrating, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward was even more disappointing. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

There have been several times where the owner has come around to say hello during one of my services I love the Davines products they sell (I think this might be the only place in Tucson where you can buy it!) highly recommend the Oi all in one milk.
